This food lion sucks. Does not enforce mandated MASK rules. I am 60 years old disabled. Man who works there stocking shelves with no mask. We went toe to toe. Told me he was going to take photo of me to show his kids. Mind you I am in a driveable cart half his size. He said to show his kids the lady eho harress him. I said you mean to show your kids ehai an azzwhole you are. He put his phone away. Calling food lion corporation today.

I have been going to this Food Lion for 15 years and during all of this chaos i had to go and get a few things. Well i got to check out and while ringing up my items (almost finished) i realized i didn’t have my card??♀️ i asked the cashier if i could put my things to the side for me to run home and get it and he ended up paying for my groceries. I was taken back completely by the kindness of this man being i had been having the absolute worst day and he could tell. i won’t name a name just because i don’t want to put his name out without permission but if food lion would like to contact me i’d be more than happy to let them know how they have one kind and thoughtful person working for them.

Ordered our food online for pickup tonight and the Instacart service didn’t get the order to the store. The associates identified it quickly and promptly and I was able to shop my order with no problem. Tim and his team at the store were awesome. Not only did they check on me a few times, but when i checked out they were there to get me out the door quickly. I wanted to say thank you for identifying the mistake, correct actions were taken, and the team went above and beyond. Nobody writes good customer service reviews, but I wanted to make sure this one was. I appreciated everything they did. I’ll be shopping there again.

My son battles multiple food allergies. I have been SO impressed with their selection of hard-to-find specialty items. PLEASE keep this up! It makes my life so much easier. And the prices are so much better than stores like Publix and Whole Foods. THANK YOU!
