Ms.Shauna was amazing through this process, it has been ruff but the pharmacist Shauna really made my day. Helped bring peace in a time of need with a smile and genuine help.. Thanks again and I will definitely be sending all family to this location.

I completely understand being busy. But having someone wait for over an hour twice in 2 days and still no one answering the phone is ridiculous. I used to love this pharmacy but will definitely be going somewhere else.

This was the worst experience yet for CVS, Webb Rd., Denver NC! I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I was under the impression that the vaccinations I requested were free. At no point in my search was I informed that there would be a cost. The employee yelling at me over the counter as she was doing something else said in front of customers and employees that the shots were not free and that I would have to pay! Clearly, she knew I do not have medical insurance because of her questions. The professional and dignified way to handle this would have included a private conversation and perhaps alternatives offered! Won't ever be back again!

I have seen glimpses of good service at this location in the past. My experience today service was unacceptable. I had a question which required some focus regarding a package that was delivered to the store for pickup. Unfortunately, the two ladies at the counter focused on everyone else in line, and asked me to wait while they helped those who arrived after me, and the line kept coming. I finally left after the 5th person that they let in front of me. Don't expect Dallas to help you. FYI. If you call the store and want information about any front of store questions, the helpful recording says "I will transfer you to someone who can help" and then they promptly hang up the phone without answering. I will shop at a different location and suggest you do to until someone with customer service experience takes management responsibility at the store.

I love this pharmacy. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I'm primarily a drive through rx pick up customer but they are so helpful. I'm thrilled I switched pharmacies.

Used to be a CVS regular but there is not one close to us since we moved to Trilogy. Susan has been trying to find an OTC product for the past three weeks and WalMart is out (shelves are empty) and the same with Walgreens.We went to lunch yesterday and it is down the road from the CVS in Denver. Unfortunately this one is 8 miles away from us.They had what she wanted and since we were having problem getting the product elsewhere, she bought two.Friendly staff, very clean and were well stocked.Will probably be back for hard to find things.

This pharmacy should be shut down! Their staff is totally inept, rude and downright horrific. Amanda, who claimed to be the manager of the pharmacy doesn't deserve the job whatsoever. She is RUDE with the most bizarrely condescending attitude I've ever experienced out of ANYONE I've every encountered my entire life! I spoke to her yesterday to get my medicine transferred there from my pharmacy 30 min away, since my medicine was not available by me. I was supposed to get a 90 day supply. On my way there today, I called to check the status as I hadn't received a text yet. Amanda said she hadn't filled it yet, & would have it ready "later today". I was already on my way with a 30 min drive ahead of me & she says w/the most condescending voice ever, as loud& obnoxious as she possibly could, MERRY CHRISTMAS, SEE YOU LATER, HAVE A GREAT DAAAAAYYYY! I said wait a min! I'm already on my way, can't you get it ready now? It was supposed to be ready. She continued to say, MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAVE A GREAT DAY, I'LL HAVE IT READY LATER TODAY! I said, wait- I don't understand, I asked for it to be ready today, and you're telling me it'll be hours from now and it's already mid day. Again with a totally condescending tone, & as if she was going to hang up on me at any moment, she says it'll be ready later today, have a GREAT DAY, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! I said I want to speak to your manager. She said, Oh, well I AM the Manager, I guess I'll just REPREMAND MYSELF haha! I was FLOORD! What kind of a NUT JOB is this? And they let her handle medications??? She sounded like she is MEDICATING herself on all kinds of drugs! Seriously- she sounded insane! I said I want to speak to the store manager, and she again spoke over me, repeating herself, saying there's nothing anyone can do, and I guess I'll just reprimand myself! I said that's it, I'm calling corporate and I did. If CVS doesn't take action against this MADWOMAN, then I'll at least make it known to all to STAY AWAY and I'll be calling until they take action against her! When I did get my medicine, they only filled 30 of the 90 day script & claimed they had others come in & IMO flat out LIED to me. Tried to act like they had others come in BEFORE mine, which was a total lie because yesterday they had 554 pills of the 360 I needed so I was 1st in line! So basically they just purposefully screwed me out of my full prescription. Clearly ON PURPOSE. This place is total CRAP. Stay FAR away!
