The worst customer service I have ever seen in any service industry. We recently moved out of the area and had to jump thru hoops in order to cancel our membership. We were then provided incorrect information from the gym general manager to submit our cancelation and they continued to charge us annual fees and multiple monthly membership fees. Once we contacted them to dispute they told us there was nothing they could do and all these fees would go to collections. The most unhelpful business. They care nothing about helping customers and only want to collect their money.

DO NOT SIGN UP for ANYTHING at this Gym. They said they would work with me on cancelling a membership, but lied and NEVER ONCE CALLED ME!! Then out of the blue get a call from debt collectors saying I owe them over $1,700!!! Claiming I signed up for multiple things there which I never did. I have never missed a payment in my life for anything and now my credit will be dinged. You are a DISCRACE to the Denver community and A SCAM!!!-------------Hey DFH Team, deleting and reposting this review so you get notified.You are correct with all the details you wrote except for missing a few:I originally started with this gym back in 2021. I injured my wrist and for a year I couldn't lift or even do a plank. Then when I needed to cancel the only option I was given was freezing for two months (meanwhile I think I had been there maybe a handful of time before I was injured). When that was up I wanted to cancel but to get out of the membership you wanted to charge an absurd amount.When talking to your team we came up with a plan to utilize that towards personal training, however, I came in, they matched me with a trainer and the trainer never once called me. Blindly scheduled an appointment in the middle of a work day that I could not attend. I was excited for the personal training sessions, I tried going in and the ladies at the front desk could not help, tried calling and the ladies could not help me. I simply gave up.Now a whole year later I got a call saying I owe over $1,700 and that I signed a contract for personal training, which according to your response the account was never changed. I have requested to review those documents from them as I don't recall signing that.You are correct your billing company did call me, it was a spam bot with no actual HUMAN calling to talk to me.Your response of "Could you please come see us in the club so we can further work together on solving this." just shows the lack of compassion displayed here, You have my number and could call me. I have been in and called last year, no one of importance has been in during the times I am able to.Also, you should call me next time before publicly posting my PRIVATE information online and judging by reading other one star reviews, there seems to be a common practice of aggressive billing and extremely difficult cancelations. Again, call me instead of having phantom robots calling. You’re a small local gym in Denver with a collections and billing structure that rivals a New York City bank. It's clear why you separate billing with 3rd parties ie: ABC

Easy to join. Pulling teeth to cancel. Expect issues trying to leave this gym. Shame on you, worst gym in Denver.

I’m not a member here, but went for a CrossFit event they held today. What an amazing place with a great event. I wish I lived 10 minutes closer and I would join here. Looks like a super nice facility.

While DHF appears to be great and has a nice facility they are extremely expensive compared to other gyms I have had a membership at that were just as nice. Very little is included in the price. You have to sign at least a year contract and the billing company they use is extremely difficult to cancel with. Literally recommended choosing any other gym.

I was in town and found this gym.. I stayed in Denver and was shocked a gym was so nice in this small town... Coming from ATL Denver health and fitness knocked it out. 15 buck day pass and very clean facility.. This gym had a huge outdoor turf area... Good for sprints and just outside work. No I wouldnt imagine going out there in the winter though... Probably cold.. Good equipment here and definitely worth the time to check out.

Clean, welcoming, and equipment are in good condition. The only thing so far I've seen that could use improving is the cable machines and attachments. The cables feel a little worn and some of the attachments need to be replaced.

I love this gym and the community here. I moved to Denver a year ago and joined DHF shortly after and become a CrossFit member. This facility has it all. Clean updated equipment, turf, CrossFit kids program, open gym, climate controlled for the humid summers and cold winters... game changer! Worth every penny!

If you decide to sign up for this establishment, plan on staying and paying for life. I had signed up quick and easy within 15 minutes. Then I had moved and needed to cancel my membership, as said in the cancellation procedures if you move 30 miles or more away you can cancel. So I did the following requirements or at least I thought. But I was still being charged. I am a minor so I don't have certain documents that they asked for. I proceeded to call the 3rd party company and they told me I had one other option to send my class schedule and tuition fee, like I have said, I am a minor, so I am not in college. Therefore, I don't have a tuition fee. He then proceeded to tell me that was my only option, so am I opinion there is no way to get out of the cancellation process. Which has now led to a cancellation in a credit card.

My experience with this place was awful. I also have neighbors who have had horrible experiences with the owner when trying to cancel memberships. The facility is decent, but they charge way more than other places and they also require long term memberships. They also use pressure tactics to sign you up and/or extend. I caved and chose to just eat the cost and leave for good due to the owner now willing to work with me. Have since joined elsewhere.
