I find Lenovo's customer service excellent. When I had a Powering up issue, LENOVO, ever the phone, showed me a simple solution, sticking a pin or paper clip into the pinhole on the back of my PC 15 seconds. it worked like a charm. I would recommend LENOVO to others.
