I wanted to venture out of my area and try a new store. I arrived right when it opened at 10am. The store was clean and neat. The racks were color coordinated and orderly. The staff were friendly. I liked the pull up drive through donation part.

I purchased a bar stool set. Beautiful and great price. I wasn't able to take them at the time, spoke to the cashier who said I was able to pick them up at a later date (never said within 24hrs). I had to go out of town unexpectedly. When I got back I called and they had sold my chairs. Why make me sign a book if yall not gonna follow up?? Also, yall was just gonna keep my money knowing 2 ppl paid for this?? CROOKS Then wouldn't even give me my money back only store credit. Just spend your money elsewhere

We love Lake Norman Pediatric Dentistry! All of the staff is so sweet and you can tell the genuinely love children. My son's first dentist appointment was just after his first birthday and they were so gentle and patient with us. VERY fun and kid-friendly environment!

Really good experience at this Goodwill. It is clean and organized. Seems to be run really well. Lady at the register was very kind and welcomed every customer that walked in.

The clothing items are getting less appealing and the prices are going higher. You can buy new items elsewhere cheaper than Goodwill if you are willing to shop closely.

The wife and I have been in this Goodwill many times since it opened here in Denver and have picked up some good bargains.Unlike most other Goodwills and Restores who's prices are now outrageous since they have re-opened from the lock down, the prices here seem to be reasonable for used items all though you will find some items that are over priced. Clothing prices are higher than they used to be, but you can still get some bargains with careful shopping. The only thing I don't like about this store is clothing is sorted by type and color, not size.All employees we have encountered have been friendly and every time we have donated items, they guys that come out to collected the donations are helpful and have always thanked us for the donations. They also have public restrooms unlike the Restore here in Denver that will no longer let you use the restrooms there.Over all we are happy this Goodwill opened here in Denver and just hope the pricing doesn't get ridiculously high like it has at the Denver Restore.

This is the WORST Goodwill in the area.Two reasons:1. Clothes are organized by color and not size.2. There is no changing room.Go to Hickory or Mooresville instead.The clothes organization is down to management and laziness. If the workers were off their phones, they’d have time to properly organize the clothes.They say the lack of a changing room is due to COVID. Really? There’s ZERO EVIDENCE it spreads by touching clothes but tons of evidence it spreads via the air. If COVID is a concern then why are the tiny multi-stall bathrooms open?To be fair, there is a return policy, so at least you’re not stuck with the purchase.

Very neat and clean store. Lots of nice shoes, clothes, and housewares. Staff was helpful and friendly.
