Guardian Storage may be a little cheaper than the rest but there facility is run down caught 4 rodents in less then 2 week span and all around upkeep foot and half weeds around some of the units there hadn’t been any bait stations around building d and e until just a few a days ago because I got 4 mice out of E 23-24 and A -25 and raise Cain about it and Karen ant the front desk could care a less when I confronted her about it on my we have had mice in years well you don’t catch 4 mice in a week and a half and have another one eating the Decon bar 3 units away and not have a problem sorry not buying it .she told she called the exterminator and they are coming out today okay so I go check my units the next day no bait stations still and the very few they have haven’t been moved . So by know you get the picture this went on for several more days after still no exterminator been out BECAUSE been watching the few that they have there (bait boxes ) haven’t been touch they were still crooked sitting on the blocks so they go out and buy a couple of boxes and once again old boxes haven’t moved and put them around building D and E so if you care about your belongings would think els where .And another thing is Karen will as you for 4 numbers good luck with that because never would our code work had to call her to get a different code to get in gate blamed it on her brother oh he keys in the codes next day nope I’ll check with him next day nope JUST DONT WAST YOUR HARD EARN MONEY AT THIS MICE Infested no caring owners of a place all your going to do is bring mice In your new home
