Everything has been really good so far. I started renting a unit in November and so far I have absolutely no complaints. The staff are amazing and the prices are as well. I had to get a 5' x 10' after my 2 month old son passed away because I couldn't bare to keep looking at everything of his all the time. Thank you guys for being so kind and supportive through this impossibly difficult time in my life.

My first encounter was with Lauren over the telephone, she was very helpful in picking a unit that was suitable for my needs. She was kind, knowledgeable and interested in meeting my storage needs. Brand new facility with elevators, carts to make lugging all your items in and out much easier, restrooms on site and an enclosed loading bay that my 15 foot box truck fit in with tons more room to spare.Prices are extremely competitive and staff is very friendly and ready to help!Glad i made the move!

I am very impressed with Life Storage. The Store Manager, Regis Murphy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to make sure we chose the right size unit. The leasing process is very easy and they have a great on-line management tool. They also have massive indoor cargo bays for loading and unloading out of the weather. The company has truly thought of every detail and I would highly recommend using them.

Charles is an amazing guy, very friendly, easy to work with and exceptionally helpful. Super competitive pricing - He got my mother a great unit for the best price in the area. Facilities are very impressive; advanced, and clean. We love how you can drive into the building to unload so there's no worries about the elements should you need to get things in or out during a storm. Also temperature controlled so you aren't freezing or sweating your butt off moving your belongings. I never leave reviews but Charles really left a lasting impression. Hell, the entire place left one too. So, we just want others to know about Life Storage because the other places in the area, (and we checked out a lot), were no where near as great as this place.

This storage facility is the finest around! Spotless , AC, hand trucks , two huge garage bays to unload/ load in, huge elevators and the best customer service I’ve ever had! Give them a call for all of your storage needs. I’ll be using them again! They are top notch! Thank you for everything.

Shady business practices. Rented a storage space from them for a decent price. Moved all my stuff in and get a notice a few months later that my rate is going up $80 a month. Notice said that my 'promotional' rate had ended. There was no mention that the rate was a promotional rate when I signed the contract. Went back through the paperwork and no mention of a promotional rate. Beware of the initial price you pay because they will jack it up soon.Notice says, "Our rates are reviewed and adjusted depending on current market conditions." Up $80 in the first 4 months seems a little excessive.Actual facility is decent if you don't mind the shadiness.
