Lowes has stepped up its tool game. All around improvement over the last couple of years. If they could just get Milwaukee tools on the shelf I don't think I'd have a reason to make the longer trip to H.D.

Love going to Lowe's, they have great stuff. However prices are high, but if you don't mind paying they will probably have what you need.

I had the bladder on my well go out over the weekend and I was having issues trying to find all the parts I needed when a gentleman named John (and one other) helped me and my friend find all the parts he would know we needed for the repair. We ended up having to come back and get two more little miscellaneous bolts and he remembered us and knew exactly what we needed and was able to help give us an alternative since the part I needed was out of stock he was able to find another one that would do the same thing. These two gentleman went above and beyond and we were able to get our well fixed in the same day rather than having to get a plumber to come out and repair it! Thank you to these gentleman for making a stressful situation able to be handled stress free!
(I wish I had gotten the name of the other gentleman who helped us out to thank him also on this post)

Had exactly what I needed.
Was easy to access the store from the lot.
The staff was non-existent (but I didn't need help).
Good parking, self check-out was effortless.

Ok I have now been on hold for over 30 minutes and no one has picked up the phone. So Lowes doesn't want to talk with customers looks like. Well guess I will go to another store that will talk to a customer. Sometimes a customer might need to ask a specific question that can not be found online before making the drive to the store. Since neither store in Lincoln county seems to be able to answer the phone they have lost a long time customer. ( over 40yrs)

I stopped in to pick up various items, mostly plumbing stuff. Unable to find what I needed, I went looking for help. After wasting quite a bit of time knocking around, I asked a lady walking by if she knew who was covering the plumbing area. "NO" ... and kept walking. After wasting 40 minutes in the store, I pushed my cart to the register area in the center of the store to check out. All I found was u-scan and no full service registers - or employees. Finally, some young, rude, black girl walked up, and when I inquired about someone checking me out, she told me I could walk down to the garden ctn, or the opposite end to lumber. I'm handicapped by the way. Lucky for me, there's a Home Depot right across the street. I will NEVER step foot in this Lowes ever again.

I do love me some home improvement stores. My local lowes is smaller than some but typically has ehat I need. Today the service to get pineneedles was very slow!

I asked for help multiple times no one help me. They seemed annoyed that I asked where can I find this piece? And when I asked to speak to an expert none was available.
While checking out I was asked did you find everyone today? I said no and was ignored and laughed at.
No one in the store was enough of an expert to tell me what piece I needed for my irrigation line.
Might as well just research and order online.
