I've been ordering from Marcos for this entire college football season. Early kn they didn't always answer the phone and their competitor got my business. Recently some new management, haven't had an issue since. Always reliable folks, the food quality is consistent, and I don't have to go anywhere and miss parts of games.Thanks Marco's staff!!

Ordered over the phone and had friendly service. Friendly atmosphere with clean tables once we went to pick up the pizza. Amazing food as well!

We ordered online curbside pickup. We called when parked which is what they said to do. Girl answering the phone checked on our pizzas and came back and said they were ready, then hung up. I waited a few minutes for them to bring them out. Then the lady parked next to me carried her pizzas out and said she heard my conversation on the phone when inside. She said, "they won't bring them out and have to go inside." So I went in to pickup my "curbside delivery." When I mentioned the curbside pickup to the cashier, she said "I check with my co-worker and they said I couldn't bring it out." I was parked in front of the doorI don't have a problem going inside to pick up my order, but my recommendation is if you are not going to honor the advertised curbside pickup, then take it off the website. I had already included a tip because I thought that it would help those taking the time to bring out the food.Pizza was prepared quickly from when order was submitted and was ready at the estimated time. It also tasted delicious! I recommend the pizza.Parking: No curbside pickup parking spaces.

We are a New England family and wanted other transplants in this area to know that Marcos pizza is the best pizza we have eaten since moving to NC more than 20 years ago. When we picked our $20 pizza up, the box was heavy... filled with 3 meats, sliced sausage, ham, pepperoni and bacon. Also, mushrooms, green peppers, onions and lots of cheese. Several styles of crust to choose from As well as toppings. Thank-you to my neighbor for suggesting that we give Marcos Pizza a try. We give it 5 stars!!

Juan answered the phone quickly and was so nice and I called back to thank him he was so appreciative of my feedback. Pizza was amazing. And yes ? Pineapple does go on ?

Thay seem extremely short staffed and unable to keep up with the volume of orders, yet continue to take online and doordash orders. I don't blame the people working there as they were friendly but management needs to work on this.

Waited curbside for 30 minutes and finally got my pizza cold after going in the second time to find out why it hadn't been brought out.

I ordered 2 meatball subs, but they arrived cold. I promptly called the store after taking a couple of bites. I asked, "Did it come straight from the fridge?" and was told, "I took the meatballs out of the freezer, and the delivery driver must have made that sandwich" I'm not from Denver; I'm from Charlotte. He then recommended that I bake it.I understand there may be only two Marcos Pizza employees in the kitchen this afternoon. I'm not one to complain publicly about a restaurant, but it's supposed to be a hot sub. I don't even understand the employee saying, "It will be a credit on your next order." Why would I order again when the order was placed at 12:50 in the afternoon? This was off-putting. What is the credit and what is on my "profile" I had to create just to track my order.
