The manger should be fired stood with his back to the long line of customers while the one clerk was very pleasant to each customer People don't go into the bank unless the have an unusual or multiple transactions. So it took forever to get waited on The manger doesn't know about customer service

The girls are nice but the bank is too cheap to hire more teller's so your always waiting 10 people deep at the teller. Then everytime someone drives up to the drive through teller they stop what they are doing and help them first. Not to mention all of the employees who sit in their office and pretend to be busy and dont help the tellers...

I can't say I've ever had a good experience here. My loan refi took 5 months and was a total disaster every turn, the communication in the process was poor at best, and now I'm trying to open an account to pay for said loan and they have no good checking account products. The only reason they got a 2 is because the loan did have the rate I was looking for. If it weren't for that I'd have gone elsewhere. I'd shop around before committing here.

Bank of America....there when you need them. One thing I never understand, why do they leave the tv's on when they are closed? Didn't we used to get in trouble for that?
