“Last fall, my wife finally talked me into downsizing and moving into a 55 and older community as I approached retirement. Still have not retired.Met with a Real Estate Agent and she advised us to declutter the house and get rid of the things we did not want and to move the things we wanted to keep to storage to make it look simplier.We did that and rented a unit at the Storage Bin on Highway 16 Business North, here in Denver. We chose this place because it is only about 2 miles from where we were intending to purchase our new home.Units are very spacious with high ceiling so you can really pack things into them. Rates are very reasonable and units are clean and dry.Not fancy but still a good deal. With the pass code system in and out, very secure.Would recommend to anyone in the area.”
