Great vibe, the service was a blast. Flies are a problem. Nail tech was so fun (like hilarious, loved her!), but my nails were clumpy lumpy, uneven, and started pulling up after four very gentle days.

I’m more of a good reviewer And not a bad but here it goes… I made a 4 o’clock appointment because that’s what they had open. (They close at 7) they had lots of beautiful colors and a lady greeted me immediately! But that’s where my good experience ended.
I was not given anything for options of pedicures, she was so rough and hurt my toes (this has never ever happened before), she slapped on sugar scrub rinses it off, slapped on lotion wiped it off, scrubbed my heels for 3 seconds (I work on my feet and this is one of my most needed things during a pedicure), she polished and checked me out immediately because she needed to get her kids (which I’m not mad at and can understand)
This was rushed, there was not a single thing relaxing or pampering to this pedicure, no massage or anything I expected, just a polish essentially. I understand having a life but please don’t take my appointment then if you have to rush through it. I came to take a load off and relax. I felt her urgency. She also put multiple layers of glitter polish which slid off as soon as I got home and my dog stepped on my foot

I’ve been a client here for a long time after disappointing service elsewhere. This is a smaller, client-friendly salon where you are made to feel welcome. One of the few places you can get builder gel service as well as other nail options.

Another disappointing experience here today. Some time ago, I tried this place and had a poor service. I provided private feedback to the owner, who apologized and suggested i book directly with her next visit. I returned another time and she wasn't available so I tried someone else - it was OK but not great. So last week, I went online and booked a pedicure with the owner. Today, when I showed up at the appointment time, she was with another client, and I was given a different nail tech. That nail tech told me that Nong doesn't do many pedicures and that she's very busy. Then why did the system allow me to book a pedi with her? I decided to give the other nail tech a shot. She accidently cut my skin when trimming my toenail. And then she wanted me to put my bleeding toe back into the water. I refused for sanitary reasons, simply asked her to dry my feet, and let me leave. I would've thought I'd get a call from the owner by now... but suffice to say that I won't be giving them a fourth shot.

Went for a pedicure, possibly the fastest pedicure I had ever received unfortunately. I felt like I was rushed for a pedicure for another client that she was apparently waiting on. Tech handed me a pedicure list and I chose hot stone, pedicure was done in 20 minutes. She rubbed the hot stones on me a minute rub on each leg and then proceeded to ask me if that was long enough? If you have to ask, there’s some up. Go to pay for pedicure and it was 13 more dollars then advertised. I question it and owner states there’s a 3% cc fee. Understandable, so I advised the pedicure stated was $50 dollars and she told me no it was not, I went and got the sheet the tech gave me and the owner said oh no they shouldn’t have gave you that it’s wrong and still proceeded to charge higher amount which I was inappropriate. Won’t be back.

First time there and haven't had my nails done in years..they make you feel welcome ..T done a fantastic job simple natural color with pink thumbs simple but very nice he was great. Thank you I will return for sure!

They fitted in 6 adults and 4 kids for nails, some pedicures, on the morning of my daughter's renewal of her wedding vows. Pleasant staff. You need to go to pet Ewok! 🐕

I worked with Nong to find the color for my wedding, and she was amazing! We went through a couple rounds and every time she knew what to do to get me to the perfect color. Absolutely loved my nails for my wedding.
