I have been taking my vehicles to NV-US since 2019 and have had ceramic coats, detailing, and washes done with great results. Most recently a BMW X7 needed detailing and some scratches buffed out and it looks better than new.

Denzel and Josh did an awesome job on my 4runner. It was brand new and got scratches on it from a tree limb. They buffed out the damage, as well as any imperfections that came from the factory and put a 9 year Protective coat on my whole car to keep it nice going forward. They explained everything in detail before purchasing and then also explained all warranty information and care after. They also detailed the inside of my 4runner and everything looks better than mint! Love it and see you guys again soon for all my future maintenance on the 4runner and any other car we own!Services: Auto detailing

What a great experience. Metallic dark blue had collision repair to a driver side door elsewhere. Already had a type of ceramic coat and needed it redone after bodywork! NVUS - Amazing communication. Up front estimates - that don't change after the work is done. Very informative before during and after!! Most important- I love the results! The paint is sparkling! Convertible roof is good as new!!! Thank you for a great experience!!

First time customer, very dissatisfied. My tahoe needed the water stains buffed out of Clear coat, and headlights, and side mirrors. Co owner Denzel did a test spot on hood to show me what I could expect on the rest of car. I was impressed with the test spot and agreed to price. Picked up vehicle 5 day's later only to see the water stains still in several areas of vehicle, and headlights and side mirrors not done. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told to pay my bill and leave. Don't be fooled by fast talking Denzel, and side kick Josh. They will rip you off, and not do what they say. Shop is located 911-A Dove Ct, Denver, NC 28037, and sometimes goes by the name of "Detail Kingdom" STAY AWAY!!! I got the right shop..nice tryService: Paint repair

I had my Lexus detailed I side and out and they did an amazing job. I also had a small area that needed a buff out and some minor paint touch up- they did an amazing job. Highly recommended!!

Every vehicle I’ve had come through here, as well as the others my friends and family have taken, have all been amazing! Great family owned comfortable atmosphere where they work hard to make you a regular repeat customer while the employees and clients are treated like family. Flexible and understanding and a wonderful value; I’ve sent tons of friends and family to them on a regular basis. Planning on going back next week& many times in the future. Took my car to this shop after one of the employee family members posted a positive review ( which has now been deleted) so I deducted 1 star for shameles self promotion, Nd another star for pricing. They did a good job on my black car, but there were some communication issues on pricing. Just make sure you get a quote in writing; They charge double what everyone else does for similar level and quality of service.Services: Polishing
