The team at the Napa auto parts in Denver are heroes. I had an issue with a pressure hose and they went out of the way to do the repairs and get me running properly. Polite staff was very understanding of my concerns and worked hard to find the correct parts for my situation.

Experienced, knowledgeable staff. Aisles out front offer good selection of the basics as well as some harder to find items. Keep a fair amount of anything else you might need stocked in the back, within reason. This isn't exactly a giant store, so you can't realistically expect them to have every single thing on hand at all times. If they don't have a part you may need, they'll search for the nearest place to get it. The employees can only do so much, so anyone has had issue with their ability to get a part for you or get the right part for you, it would be great if you went in with a clearer understanding of what you need and to be able to give more than a vague description of the automotive problem so they can actually assist you better. The only gripe I've ever had is that I've not been able to get anyone to answer the phone, but I got over it quick. Two/three employees that were either serving other customers in store or busy with their maintenance duties near the end of their day at the time doesn't warrant my getting uptight that they didn't break their necks getting to the phone.

Went in there with my motorbike helmet on, because I was going to be in and out.And got a funny look from one guy that I kindly tried to hold the door open for after I was already in the register as he was walking in. ?(I'm not less of a person just because I do me.)And now, considering the cashier accidentally overcharged me due to my card not going through the 1st time. I have to call my bank and settle it.So I guess if you're on a motorbike, unless it takes a very specific kind of oil like mine, don't come here. Or do, if you want the possibility of problems.

I usually prefer NAPA for auto parts, but have received poor customer service here multiple times. As someone else put, they act like it’s an inconvenience to serve you. Whatever they were doing before I came in is obviously much more important and worth interrupting them in the middle of serving me for long enough that a I just walked out. Your results may vary.
