I was in town for a quick family visit and needed a new lug bolt for my BMW 335i xdrive. Amazon shipped the wrong sized bolts to me. Dean was able to quickly locate a replacement that a technician quickly installed. The service was outstanding, and the price was fair. My father recommended Pitstop Plus to me, and I see why he recommended them. Definitely a great place to have work done on your car.

Short version: Fast & friendly! Will definitely visit again.Long version: Like most of us I am creature of habit. I was in the habit of taking my cars to shop down the road. Well I've broken that bad habit and will commit to starting anew. Habit that is!After passing Pit Stop Plus for years, I decided to stop in to check them out. What a great experience! This place is amazing! I don’t want to say how quickly they got me in and done because I can’t imagine that any business could do that for every customer and I don’t want to set unreasonable expectations, but wow!The staff is great, it’s a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere, and the prices are more than reasonable too!Normally I look for a mechanic that has two of three good traits, but this place got em all. Quality service, inexpensive, and quick!

I never leave reviews, but I had to after I took my car into Pit Stop today. I will say this is the BEST place in Denver to take your car. As a younger female, I often times feel as though people try to take advantage of me and they often times treat me like I’m stupid and try to gouge me with prices. I recently got my oil changed at a different place and they absolutely screwed up my car. A simple oil change and tire rotation was all I needed. They charged me $140 and then my car started leaking dark, old oil shortly afterwards. It was absolutely disgusting and I was beyond upset. I took my car to pit stop and explained my situation. Dean and his team took my car in with no appointment and they fixed my problem in a matter of hours. After my horrible experience with the other place I will never take my car to anyone besides Pit Stop plus again. They are kind, honest, and so so willing to help people when they need it. Pit stop, thank you for never taking advantage of me and for allowing me to trust you guys with my car. I appreciate you all so so much and will forever recommend you to everyone in the Denver area!!

There I was, driving from lunch, and out of nowhere I got a flat, and by pure luck I was near Pit Stop Plus, Inc. I was able to walk in and explain the predicament to Dean (Manager). They pulled my vehicle right in, found the right size tires I needed and got right to work. Dean is knowledgeable, kind, and on point, the team follows suit. The are also fast! I will definitely be bringing my business back to Pit Stop Plus, Inc!!!
