Today at 2:15 pm Customer service at self check out is rude and unprofessional dare I said bias against ppl that don't look like her (them) because it's happened a number of times. It's usually an old-older woman. I'm guessing they lack diversity training amongst other things. The products are awesome. Quality is 100% is good.

I ordered my sub sandwiches through the app. because it makes things easier and quicker but both times they messed it up. The first time they left things off my order and put avocado that was so hard it would literally make a snapping sound when bent in half. The second time they left things off my order again but this time instead of putting really hard avocado they put old avocado which you can see below. I can't remember the guys name who works behind customer service ( tall white dude with kinda long black hair ) but when I talked with him he came off as being a little condescending and didn't really seem to care. Anyone ordering subs from this location I highly recommend you check your food before leaving the store, otherwise you may end up turning right back around to fix the problem. Mon-Fri I stay pretty busy throughout the day with work and frequently look for something to eat that's quick and easy. So when I have to stop what Im doing to go back to Publix it's both disappointing and extremely frustrating. Just like most people I value my time and my gas. It's very clear that whoever made my subs don't care about the quality of service they provide to customers.

1 star is generous. I waited while 2 employees made sandwiches for another customer. They decided to take their time and did not acknowledge me. Between the constant stares and terrible customer service, this location will never have my business again.

Store is clean, bright and welcoming. The staff are helpful with questions as well as directions on how to sign up online for coupons and promos. Food is fresh and plentiful. I have been a Harris Teeter shopper, but I will be changing to Publix in Denver, NC. Bigger store, more options, and friendlier staff.

For starters... they had the last 4 Halloween bowls left but all of them were already damaged/chips /big ones..so ,I asked for discounts they refused to give me the LAST 4bowls they had and yet they refused to give me discounts,apparently they don't give a shits!! Not the best place to shop there for goods For that .. gave them very disappointing reviews

Ordered food from the deli Friday night 8/5/22. When I arrived, the woman that waited on me seemed confused as to where my order was until a guy working with her told her it was in the warmer. As she was getting my order together, the guy told me they were out of the Hatch chili mac and cheese I had ordered. Really? You could not have texted me and told me that so I could have chosen another side?? Then the woman tried to send me on my way without my slaw. I told her I was missing the slaw and she looks at the ticket again and says "Oh" and goes and gets my slaw. At check out, they were going to charge me for the six cups of barbeque sauce that was given to me in the deli. I told her I thought it was included with the two pounds of barbeque I had ordered and if there was a charge just to keep it. She sends the bagger to customer service to ask and he comes back and says it is included. For a company that prides themselves on customer service, my experiences here have found customer service to be greatly lacking at this store, especially in the pharmacy. My daughter just switched all of her prescriptions to another pharmacy because of the hard time they give her every single time she had a prescription filled for herself or her husband. The only reason I still have my prescription filled at this pharmacy is they are the cheapest, but they have an older, dark haired pharmacy tech that wears glasses that is rude and she is in bad need of customer service training. She has been here for a while, so I guess the pharmacy manager doesn't care if she's rude to customers. I don't know if it's just the store here in Denver or what but this Publix really needs to step up its customer service game.
