Just wanted to share our experience with quality propane my dad Ran out of propane We had had days of very cold weather, and have used more propane than usual early one morning we called to see if they could come out. They were so busy that day but the lady in the office worked us in and we’re out there within less than two hours. We were so appreciative They are wonderful, we would highly recommend

They don’t have any payment plans, they won’t do a partial fill on a tank less than 150 gallons, and they won’t budge. Not the worst, but definitely wouldn’t recommend.

It's also great to support a local hometown business!!! I highly recommend them to anyone having a propane need. They won't steer you wrong!

Quality Propane is by far the best in the business. They have great customer service and their service techs are polite and efficient. Most importantly they always leave the job site perfectly clean. Outstanding. If you're not using Quality Propane you need to change today!

Would love to be able to give them 5 stars. Very polite office staff but we’re sitting here the day before thanksgiving about to run out of gas and their response is “you should be ok”. We called at 10% (which is what they told us) and I called everyday Friday - Wednesday to make sure we’d be serviced by Thanksgiving day. I even offered to pay the $150 off-route fee. Not sure what their website means by 24 hour emergency service. They are flat out refusing to come under any circumstances. So disappointing.

Quality Propane was able to correct some code issues and get out hot tub hooked up the day before Thanksgiving. They have always been amazing to work with.

Quality Propane by far has one of the best installation teams. Professional installation of our tank and plumbing.Quality of workmanship is impressive. I changed direction twice and they had no issues with changing a few things. They will have my business well into future.

What is not to like about this company... We live in Bethlehem , NC but chose this company based on reviews and 1st contact treatment. The office staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. When we made our first office visit we found the same thing..professionalism and the family feel. Despite having to wait several weeks to get service installed it was well worth the extra bit of time. Tyler came to do the install and immediately we knew we were in good hands. He knew exactly what had to be done to complete the gas line install. He went above and beyond by putting the stove in place and insuring that everything was working properly. We certainly can recommend this family owned company. There is nothing not to like!!!

We live in Bethlehem , NC ..about a 30-45 minute drive from their office in Denver but chose this company based on reviews and 1st contact treatment. Tyler came out and installed our propane tank for us and got our gas logs all set. Very knowledgeable guy and walked me through how to turn the logs on and off. I would recommend quality propane.
