Morningstar Storage in Terrell, NC is an amazing facility. Very clean & great staff that go out of their way to make sure you are happy and pleased. Highly recommend this storage facility!!!!

The facility is very modern and clean. Kelly and Jamie have been a breath of fresh air to work with. Both are professional, polite, and very helpful. There was a very positive difference when this company and crew took over the storage facility. It went from two broken down carts to probably over 12 carts to help move your items. I highly recommend this facility.

Not much parking, but u can pull right up to the back and unload. They claim pest control but obvious mouse droppings in unit.

My family and I drove here from out of state, about a 7 hour haul. I picked this location online and received a phone call to confirm my reservation. 10/10 experience with customer service, move in was made so easy for us we unloaded a 10x15 UHaul in about 45 minutes time thanks to the aid of the carts they have available on site! They also had water provided! If you’re new and moving to the area, look no further. You’ll want to experience this Morningstar’s hospitality.
