*SCAM ALERT*** This place is a scam. Matt ordered me the wrong phone just to make a sale and when I returned to the store for the right one I was yelled at by the female and told they will not be giving me free money. After I already paid!! I currently have a 256g and ordered the same from Matt. What I got was a 128. And have been turned away in tears and yelled at by the female and stuck with a phone that doesn’t work for Christmas. ? Been on the phone with T-Mobile for 5 hours trying to get it fixed when the store could just order the correct one but they won’t because it was all a scam just to sell a couple phones on a business line.Update: went to the store asking for what I ordered. All my info was taken down said he would handle everything and call me in the morning. Called me in the morning and I still have to go back to the store and a week into the bill still don’t have my phone. Smh. Worse experience ever

Very poor customer service. I went in to return an internet modem. The very rude customer service person refused to take it and told me to go take it to UPS. I told him that I would rather return it here. He got an attitude so I left. I have been in customer service jobs for many years and that IS NOT how you treat a customer.

We're back on May 20th my nephew went into the store to look at watches 30 minutes before they close then the next day me and him were going to go up there I was going to buy a phone and he was going to buy a watch when I found out what was going on I called up there raising hell and that acted like he was going to take care of me he sure took care of me cuz after they sold my nephew the watch and he signed every paper he changed it to an e-signature and by the way I've never given them permission to use an e-signature except for when they were sending me a new gateway that all of a sudden I lost internet connection because they throttled it backand when I talk to customer service they said I was at the store at the time do they not know that Google follows you I can prove I was at home they even changed my email address to his then a couple weeks ago he sent him a text wanting to know if there was anything he could do for him he's not on my account why is he calling him I sent him a message back said for him to call me but he won't cuz he know what he did and he knows it was wrong and y'all better watch out if you got a chance there cuz anybody can walk in and buy whatever they want because they'll sell it to him to get the commission

My wife passed away and after getting her death certificate I started out going to places that had her on the accounts. I should have known starting with a cell phone company was a bad idea. I went to the store and there was one person helping a customer so I walked around for 5 minutes or so and someone comes out of the back and asks what they can do for me. I assume since I wasn't buying a phone that it set the tone for the next few exchanges. I said my wife passed away and I want to cancel her phone, without letting me finish I was told "oh, that a long process, you need to do that from home, you'll have to fill out a form, provide a death certificate, and something else, I lost track during all the rhetoric. Without taking a breath they said "but I might be able to, let me try". I was asked for my driver's license and when I presented it, a picture was taken of it, then all I heard was "expired, I can't use this". Normally I would have renewed them, however, I had just spent 8 months taking care of my dieing wife, and renewing them wasn't even on my mind. So I was asked for a 6 digit pin, one that I had written down at home, not on me, and "without that I can't do anything". It was obvious what was going on, no sale, no help. I can't hardly believe that anyone would walk into a store to have their deceased spose removed from the account and an expired driver's license is cause enough to turn anyone away. Oh, yes I can, that means that T-Mobile can continue to charge me for two phones. I walked out and said I would go home and cancel both and get a different carrier, there are too many to chose from. So I came home, went on Consumer Cellular and signed up with them. When my SIM card comes in, I will be returning to the store to have the service stopped.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have been at this store 5 times in the last 3 weeks and I have achieved nothing. Every employee I have talked to has told me a different story of what needs to happen because none of the employees know what they are doing. I would call it slow service, but no service was provided. Avoid this store.

Excellent service by Daisy when helping me transferring my phone plan from AT&T. The place is comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They really help you until you get what you need. Fantastic service from the team members here.Parking is easy as the place is the same complex with Harris Teeter.

The service was down for a day and everyone going into the T-Mobile store was questioning why their service was out. The team members were repeating the same explanation to all who came in. They were patient and understanding of every customer's concern. Our team member was so helpful that we decided to get a wireless internet gateway added to our account. Good salesmanship!

Jamie and Elizabeth was inside the store and we had to call in to customer service and spoke with Amila.....this team spent all day with me trying to activate a free phone for a new line on an existing account. They treated me like family! Excellent Customer Service

Staff are super helpful. We went in wanting Home Internet. Matt was able to answer all our questions and get us setup. He was very knowledgeable and was able to handle our case while still being able to multi-task and assist two other customers too. He was very professional and efficient. I will definitely be recommending this T-Mobile store to folks. Thanks Matt.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. I highly recommend both switching to T-Mobile and doing your business at the Denver location. I had a very difficult time switching from Straight Talk to T-Mobile, this team stuck with it for several hours (dealing with straight talk horrible customer service). They were persistent and extremely helpful.

T Mobil was able to switch us to a better internet and phone service. A portable modem that gets more bars than our hard wire one. After years of frustration we can finally watch Tv with out it stopping. Best move ever.

1. We were at the store for 4 hours to just switch from Verizon to T-Mobile 2. They lied to us about the deal that we would get on our iPhones (said it was BOGO 100% but it was limited to $700 off the second; didn't find this out until our first bill) 3. The store got robbed while we were there Not related to this store, just T-Mobile: 4. Offered to honor the 100% BOGO but messed up our bill several times 5. After multiple attempts to get bill corrected, they are now only offering to honor the original BOGO deal if I go back to the store (20 miles away) to file a complaint on the employee who assisted us We are going to attempt to switch back to Verizon...the entire process has been a hassle. Not worth saving $20 a month.

The worst customer service Iv ever experienced this one girl who is apparently new got a attitude with my wife as soon as we walked into the door. Not to mention we’ve been dealing with T-Mobile for 9 months trying to get our sprint account switched over and time after time of coming in getting told the wrong the thing after we have paid $2,000 trying to just get a new account and get everything set up the store manager and this girl do not know anything at all. The one in this picture has the worst customer service of anyone Iv ever encountered. A gentleman named Matthew who was in the store went above and beyond trying to fix our issues. Even after telling the girl to go in the back to calm down and lose her attitude which she didn’t do and wouldn’t listen to him . If I was a T-Mobile district manager which I have been a district manager for Oreilly auto parts I would clean house and train Matthew to be a store manager and let him build a good team.
