After placing an online order for a friends birthday, we were originally supposed to receive our item from a different store. I was called and informed a forklift damaged the item and my order was cancelled. After frantically trying to find another replacement, Angie the store manager for this location was generous enough to not only match the original price but deliver the item for free, 2 major workarounds that she didn’t have to!
Very much appreciate the customer service and support!

The cashier was rude, I was talking about using the same day delivery that they advertise on their website, chimes in with " I'll tell you right now, that's not happening." So I talked to a manager, and he says they use a 3rd party for deliveries, and when they see that it's a lawn mower 9 out of 10 times, they'll cancel the delivery . So how can you advertise a purchase before 2 p.m. for same day delivery if you can't deliver. So you lose out of a 5k dollar sale with your false advertising. I will never shop there again.

We were greeted by friendly, happy folks. The staff was very helpful and everyone was professional. This store has everything including what I was looking for (a 12 volt air compressor).The store was well stocked and well organized.

It’s sickening that the progny benefits were just reduced with 30 days notice. There is a whole community out there for this benefit and it’s crushed now. I will never support this business again

Bought a huge, heavy, expensive safe. They loaded it. It was protective wrapped in cardboard and unable to inspect prior. Got it home and spent hours getting the massive thing into the house. Took off the cardboard and it’s heavily damaged on both sides towards the bottom. Probably from a fork lift. I was offered $75 as a maximum amount back by the manager or they were willing to replace. On a safe that expensive, $75 does nothing. So I wanted to replace. They refused to pick the safe up even though they sold me a covered product that is damaged, they loaded it and I spent hours getting it into my property. But they apparently have an employee working there that has a side business delivering products from that store after hours. Selling a defective product that heavy and that expensive and not making the situation or customer whole again is just wrong. I use to shop there a lot.

Went in to get dog food and some items for our chickens. Staff was very friendly. Had the dogs with us and as always, very welcoming to the dogs. Not super crazy about the direction the store has moved, away from a farm supply and more toward something else. Also parking lot not very good if your pulling a trailer

It's bad enough that you pay more and are getting smaller bales of straw for the garden. How about don't sell straw that has been wet. Try spreading that

Emma and a young lady with dark hair and are vary helpful and helped me get everything I needed for my daughters chickens. Great customer service. I will definitely be back.
