First time using the place, walked in and the front desk person was extremely rude. Walked back out. Maybe a bad day? There’s other places to take my business.

Had QR code to print fedex return label. Guy there said "we don't do that here." The sign in front says they are an authorized fedex ShipCenter!!! And they won't print a label with a fedex QR code? Googled Fedex drop off. It showed a Walgreens as a FedEx drop off two blocks down the street. Went to Walgreens, showed them the QR code and printed a label. I think the people down at Turbyfill need to go down the street to Walgreens to get lessons on how to print a FedEx label.....or just give Walgreens their FedEx authorized ShipCenter sign they have out front. They are not even authorized to print a label.

Sad display of customer service. I would never treat my own clients this way. I can't even imagine as an owner treating a customer like this. We came to Turbyfill to drop off a fedex shipment and Valerie watched us walk in and just looked at us. Not a word of hello or how can I help you. She was completely put off by the fact that we asked for packaging services to wrap our return (basically asking for her to do her job). HERE IS THE KICKER! They will ship the item with our fedex label but refused to give us a receipt to prove it was dropped off because it was an expensive return. She just looked at us, dead stare, and said "Because we don't". I told her that I have always been able to get one to confirm it was dropped off and she just stared at me as if i was speaking a different language. Fast forward.....the owner came out, and we let him know about the poor customer service experience and he said "well, there are other drop off locations you can take it too". DO NOT TAKE YOUR FED EX PACKAGES HERE. I contacted fedex and any AUTHORIZED Shipper like Turbyfill is REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A RECEIPT TO PROVE IT HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF. Just speculation, but It's almost as if once they knew how expensive our return was (which I shouldn't have mentioned, they thought they could get away without shipping it and collect on some sort of FedEx insurance. Probably not the case but definitely seemed like something was going on based on our experience around the receipt situation. To sum things up. Do not use TURBYFILL EXPRESS for any of your business/shipping needs. There are plenty of other options as Mr. Turbyfill pointed out that I am sure would Greet, Package, and Ship with a friendly attitude and smile on their face. Lil Miss. Valerie was quite the pistol! My 9yr old has better manners and treats people with more respect than her.

I went into the business with a box that needed to be shipped back FedEx and asked the lady to give me a piece of tape to close the box and they said they wouldn't provide tape. One piece. Really? That's all I needed to close a box. Awesome customer service, guys!

A hidden gem. Really nice and helpful co-workers eager to help customers even if there is not a real profit to be maintained. Handles all sorts of shipping companies unlike The UPS Store. And a surprisingly robust list of products and services are available including shipping supplies and custom sign making.

I have used Turbyfill a lot and the service is always good, however be careful if you use them for postal needs like Express/overnight. Because they are a provider they can charge whatever they like and where the post office guarantees overnight delivery, Turbyfill does not. The post office charges $22 for express envelop and Turbyfill charges $35.

Staff is always very friendly. Much better than going to the post office and most of the same Services although they do not have some of the very special type of stamps. Also have FedEx shipping. I have also had them do large prints and copies they did a great job.
