This location has the nicest staff I have ever experienced at a UPS! Always helpful, patient and efficient! The only thing I wish the plaza had was no parking signs directly outside of the store so customers don't continue to block traffic. Regardless, they are the best!

This store is such a pleasure to do business with. Every time you go in people are looking to help you, they are very knowledgeable and just all around pleasant. It’s a store full of employees who act like they really enjoy their job. People love to complain about Customer Service. This is definitely not a place that suffers from poor customer service, it’s great!

Josie Heafner is the print manager at this store. She is wonderful. She has a helpful attitude, a great ability and got a difficult shipping job done for me flawlessly. The delivery to Montana was exactly on time. Because of Josie I will use UPS next time I ship anything. Dennis White.

Everyone is nice but the blonde woman, she is very rude. She'll scoff at you, and even said that she'd be embarrassed to bring a box like that (yes, my box was a little beat up, but she should say that)

The staff at UPS in Denver have always been efficient and courteous every time I have been in there. I have been in many times to have files uploaded, printed or scanned. Josey has always came to my rescue. She went over and beyond for me the other day when I went in the other day with a huge job that had to go out and I was in a panic. She is excellent to work with and is very knowledgeable. I cannot thank her enough for all she did for me! I have also been in to ship Amazon packages back and the rest of the staff is also very nice and quick to help you.

I’ve experienced consistently unpleasant customer service at this location. Despite visiting multiple times, the staff has repeatedly been rude, almost as if it’s intentional. During a recent visit for a simple Amazon return, the employee assisting me sighed heavily and mumbled under his breath for no apparent reason—completely uncalled for. On other occasions, two female employees displayed similarly rude behavior. I find it puzzling why the staff here is consistently so unfriendly; it’s quite disconcerting.
I also own a mailbox here, for which I pay over $350 per year, so I’m not just using their free services. I definitely won’t be renewing my mailbox with them.
