Played on 12/08/23 with 5 friends. Second time for me and first for 4 others. Dormant bermuda grass in fairways and tees, but was in great shape to play any shot. Greens were very fast and true. I love this course. Top public course in Charlotte area. You should play here at any time of the year. Food, drinks, and pro shop were top notch.

Course conditions are always great. Not for those who get mad after a tough hole. Everyone was very friendly, and even gave us towels to dry off after play was called due to thunderstorms.

Very classy and impeccably good food. Their cheesesteak is made from diced prime rib! Everything on the menu is great and they will customize your order if possible. Excellent in every way.

Very nice, a little dated. Open to public 3 days a week. Will be nice club ( beautiful golf course) when club house refreshed and practice area brought up to speed (see Cowans Ford C.C.)

I had heard such great things about Verdict Ridge and figured I needed to see if it lived to the hype. So I went and played in a foursome with a group of coworkers when visiting Charlotte. The course and it amazing layout did not fall short of expectation, but it in fact exceeded it. Tee Boxes and Greens were in excellent condition (be prepared to have your putting skill tested to the max). Larry, was very helpful and communicative in getting me and my group on the course. And upon our arrival the rest of the staff was beyond helpful. If your in the area and love the game of golf, this course is an absolute must. My fiancée is already asking me when I will bring her to experience the course herself and I can't wait to come back and play it as well.
