Rude staff. Incompetent pharmacists.
They will flat out lies about prescriptions and try to over rule actual doctors.
Extremely lazy. Often have more then 5 employees working and still take days to fill simple generic prescriptions.
They'll tell you that it'll take several hours to put pills in a bag, but if you call them out on it, they'll tell you it'll take 10 minutes.
So if for some reason you are stuck using this pharmacy, my only advice is to be extremely aggressive with the staff. Otherwise they just won't do their jobs in a timely fashion.
It's an absolute shame that these people take advantage of everyone's Southern hospitality and kindness.

I usually never have had issues with them until recently. only filled one prescription out of two last time but understood they could be busy. today i needed to pick up two medications one being a pain med and was told its on back order but they didn’t even offer to send it somewhere else and told me to buy the OTC version because it’s cheaper when it actually would not be cheaper. 11$ for an OTC drug i would need double of 3x a day so two packs almost. veruss 17$ for something i needed 2x a day that would actually help more that a dr said i needed. wont be back

Now that I see the recent reviews for this store I don't feel bad for how I felt dealing with them. My psychiatrist prescribed me a control substance and I have been treated like an emotionless criminal for two days as I try to get them by the store. They gave me the run around for two days during the weekend, which is why it was so difficult for me to contact my psychiatrist, as they did not listen with any care about the customer while I attempted to be patient with them as I have been going through withdrawals. Without their manager, James Burrow, I may have been hospitalized this weekend. Somehow he conveniently found a medicine they were telling me they would not have til Monday locked away, and in the wrong area. I know a little about pharmacies. And I possibly think they were put there in case I were to get hostile and try to get the meds myself, the police would have time to get there. As a successful, hardworking young African American who deals with mental health issues, I am disappointed. I have a completely clean record, which I would not be able to do my job in society without, as well as the medication, as an Aircraft Technician.

Just left the store and was completely appalled by the way the night manager Stephanie acted about my fsa transaction. I have been using this store for over a year as my go to Walgreens for perceptions and my fsa. Well tonight I came in to pick up a script for a family member and decided to pick up some fsa items and wasn't sure if they qualified. I didn't know otc items would not qualify as otc items they were vitamins. Well it must have been a great inconvenience for miss Stephanie to come void my transaction and she made it clear that if I needed another void she was not going to do it. There was no reason as I asked the clerk wondering if there was some type of void limit or she was just being mean. She simply was not going to help me and I Will be contacting corporate because there was not long lines or anything or any reason why she couldn't help me as a customer. There were a few vitamins in my selection that did qualify as fsa but she didn't want to allow me the time to see which ones it was. I have never been treated that way in any Walgreens and I was totally shocked that she would tell her clerk she was not going to assist me any further. I didn't make a scene I just left but trust me I will make this known.

Erased to Walgreens to make it before 10:00 and I made it at 3 minutes until 10:00 and turns out they were already closed I know it was cutting it close anyways but they say they're open till 10:00 and now it was just a wasted trip for me. If you want to close at 9:45 or 9:50 then you should post that as your time to close: not 10!

Pharmacy staff are actively hostile and do not want to actually contact other pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery/insurance requests. Under-educated techs sometimes yell directly at customers and withhold information from pharmacist that directly impacts timeliness of having prescriptions filled. I have received multiple notifications that a medication was ready for pick up only to arrive and be told that it is not at the store or was cancelled without given any reason why or course of action to follow to rectify the issue.
I would look for any other pharmacy if at all possible.

Would like to say Jon was extremely helpful as I wanted to have pictures printed and he gave me some options from using the photo machine with my phone, to setting up an account on the app. While I typically do not print pictures, he not only helped but made it extremely easy and was able to get all pictures printed very quickly (maybe 10 min). So thank you for the assistance and help Jon.

The cleanest Walgreens I've ever been in. Everything was pristine and organized. The lady who checked us out was so nice, older lady.

While waiting in line inside with 9+ customers in front of me. I could not help to overhear the new extremely loud short female African American pharmacist continuously yell at the staff and act in a very unprofessional manner. If she wasn't yelling at them then she would discuss her personal business (again very loud) to select staff members. The techs working the front seem to be the only ones working while getting yelled at as everyone else appeared to be talking to one another in the back of the pharmacy. After approaching the counter, I was informed that only one register works and no ETA when both would be working to help with waiting in line over 45 minutes. I am definitely avoiding this Walgreens as I cannot tolerate seeing hard working pharmacy techs being verbally harassed while they are trying their best to do their job with limited cash registers and no intention to repair or replace them.

Never had a good experience with this store in the last year. Their website claims shipping services but that is a lie- they can only take pre printed/labeled items… & don’t even get me started on their pharmacy… I’ve had the same insurance for 15+ years. Filled numerous rxs through Walgreens yet they couldn’t find my info ? Then when I tried to transfer to another pharmacy, they refused and then my prescription was just floating around in cyber space. Walgreens claimed it was canceled so I’d need another ? No it’s not canceled. You refused to transfer it and then canceled on your own end! No apologies. No offers of help. Luckily Target was nice and made a call and got me what I needed within an hour. Weird.
