Delivered package to wrong address, because they were too lazy to go to the property next to the wrong address. And deliver the package to the correct address. FedEx does nothing but say “sorry” or open a ticket . Deliver to the correct address

I have no idea who my deliver driver was I know we don't get that information but she dropped off my larger package in my driveway right out the door of her delivery van and then left. She didn't even try to get it to my front porch or use a dolly or anything. She just dropped it off in my driveway and then left. Poor quality service. This girl needs to do better with her job and other people's packages
