90% of the time the doctors send in a prescription for either myself or my children and walgreens tell me they don't have it, that it was never there. This results in delays in medication schedules and whatever progress was being made with the medications. There's a common factor here when looking at what the problem is, doesn't matter what doctor sends in the prescription, the doctors always have proof of the medication being sent, however walgreens can never find it. Sometimes, it takes a pharmacy tech that knows what they are doing to find it and then again sometimes walgreens has just dropped the ball like usual. What's even worse than losing someone's medication is when the pharmacy tech tells a patient they can't get the generic brand because they stay sold out. Are you guys that lazy that you can't order that medication and make sure the patient gets an affordable medication? Wow, walgreens, get it together. If you care about getting your medication on time and a smooth process don't go to the walgreens in dobson. I'll definitely be finding a different pharmacy today.

Most items in this store are super expensive, even off brand. Also, the drive thru pharmacy is the slowest I've ever been to. It never fails, you just sit there and sit there waiting. I usually end up turning my car off.

My experience at this location has always been positive. The pharmacists are extremely competent and helpful. I was having some health concerns this week and stopped by and asked the pharmacist if he could take my blood pressure. He was very helpful and assisted me quickly. He suggested I might want to go to the Urgent Care facility close by, which I did. When I came back later to pick up a Rx he greeted me and asked how it went. The staff at this location is equally kind, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this pharmacy based on my personal experience over the past 3 years.
