While on the way back home from Emerald Isle I had a problem with my boat trailer. Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon Jimmy fixed me up and sent me on my way.

I bought a boat trailer for my boat and they set up the boat on my new trailer without a problem. They were very professional, courteous and thorough. When I went to pick up the new trailer my truck would not start and AAA was estimating over 2 hours to come and assess the problem. Jim and his employees took it upon themself to help find a solution. They went and purchased a battery for my remote start key fob and then jump started my truck, checked the alternator and battery and found all to be in good condition. They would not accept any payment and sent me on my way. Capps Trailers is not only in the trailer business but also in the people business going above and beyond for the customer.

We drove from morehead to check out capps. We dealt with jim and he was alone in the office. Somehow he helped us with financing a new dump trailer along with the 7 or 8 other people that showed up while we were there in a timely fashion. Ill have to say it was one of the best experiences we’ve had with a trailer company(weve bought 8 in the last year). We will now being going to capps exclusively. There selection and knowledge seems to be unmatched. Thanks jim see you again soon
