We had a wonderful experience at the Duck store! Sergio helped us find items for size and was very friendly to our slightly loud 4 sister group! We enjoyed our purchases and went back For a second visit the following day!!!!

The Life is Good store in Duck is fantastic! They have a great selection of merchandise, including cute graphic tees, gifts, and knick- knacks. Definitely worth a stop for some delightful finds!

They didn’t have the shirt that I wanted in my size when I asked they called another store and found it for me and shipped it to Ducks store. It ended up not making it to the correct store but they called me and said they would ship it to me directly because of their mistake. Great customer service all the way around!! Great store and great brand!!

My son recently purchased some shirts for us at the Duck location while he was vacationing. Unfortunately, they were too small and we lived too far away from Duck to physically return them. I reached out to Teresa at the Duck location and she was awesome in helping us get the right sizes. After discussing what sizes we needed, I mailed them back to her with a return postal label included. She found the right sizes we needed and mailed them back to me. The communication and service was great! Big THANKS to Teresa!Len

I was taken back that they would not allow my child to use the bathroom when he was clearly doing the "I gotta go dance". We were told the closest bathroom is 5 minutes down the road. Even though I was excited to visit the store and get some new shirts, we opted to not come back after finding a closer bathroom. I thought a small town with many family owned shops would have been a tad more considerate, even if the restroom is an employee only, some exceptions can typically be made for children.
