“Selling a house in this climate of high interest rates isn’t easy, especially a multi-million dollar house, and Kelly sold our house in 3 months (list to close). The whole process was so easy for us. She is so professional and personable. She earned every penny of her commission and I would give her 10 stars if I could.”

“This is our 2nd year going with Brindley and I will continue to use them! They are very professional and courteous. If they don't know an answer immediately, they will get you an answer before you end the call. Their houses are always exceptional. This was the best stay by far. My family and the in laws love Brindley Beach!”

“Rick did an outstanding job of keeping us aware of market opportunities that presented themselves over a year's time, based on the needs that we had expressed. Once we found the property that we were looking for, and working remotely, Rick worked quickly and throughly with the Sellers agent to secure a positive outcome for all parties. It should be noted that this was the second transaction that we have worked on with Rick. The first being nearly 30 years ago which has ultimately turned out to be one of the single greatest investments that we have made. We have no doubt that this investment too, will become another outstanding investment for our family. We would highly recommend Rick as a buyer/seller agent in OBX. Personally, we would use no one else.”

Thank you, Yulia, for such outstanding work!”

“Basnight house was amazing. The house was beautifully decorated and laid out in such a way that even with 22 people, we never felt crowded. The multiple dining room tables were perfect and having a separate room with a wet bar was so helpful. Having a full sized pantry for storage in the kitchen was also a very nice change from past houses where we've stayed. I've been coming to the Outer Banks for my entire life, and this was by far the nicest house that we've rented. This was our first time using Atlantic Realty, and my interactions with the office were top notch. I'd give Atlantic Realty and the Basnight house 10 stars if I could!”

“Yuliya Hristov is the consummate realtor. We have purchased three beach houses on the OBX using Yuliya as our realtor, and we are beyond thrilled with her knowledge, experience, leadership, guidance, etc. Yuliya understands the OBX market, what's hot and what's not, and what is priced right - - or not. She readily shares her extensive contact list of local inspectors, etc., and helps you keep on track of timelines such as due diligence, etc. I know Yuliya is a great buyer's agent, and I have seen her marketing and listened to her approach, so I'm positive she is a great seller's agent, as well. She understand what people are looking for and can coach you on things you might want to do, or don't need to do, to get top dollar for your home. I can't sing enough praises for Yuliya. Use her and you won't be disappointed.”

“Ann Taylor Lusk has been an exceptional realtor for our family through multiple real estate transactions, and we recommend her without hesitation. Most recently, Ann Taylor helped us sell a home that was incredibly meaningful to our family. It was a home we designed and built ourselves, fully expecting it to be our forever home. Although life took us in a different direction after only three years, saying goodbye was far more emotional than we ever anticipated. From the very beginning, Ann Taylor recognized that this wasn’t just another real estate transaction. She approached the process with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care, guiding us through every step while making a difficult transition feel much more manageable. Beyond the sale of our home, Ann Taylor also expertly guided us through a 1031 exchange on one of our investment properties and is currently representing one of our vacation rental listings. Her knowledge of both residential and investment real estate is exceptional, and she consistently provides thoughtful advice, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail. What truly sets Ann Taylor apart is the trust she builds with her clients. She is honest, responsive, hardworking, and always advocates for the people she represents. We never questioned that our best interests were her priority, and her steady guidance gave us confidence through every decision. Whether you’re buying, selling, or navigating a more complex investment transaction, Ann Taylor is the kind of realtor you want by your side. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done for our family and look forward to working with her again in the future.”

“The Scott team always kept us informed of every step of our venture. If it was feedback on showings or informing us that the potential buyers had completed their showing and it was ok to return home. He was familiar with area and any services that we needed to make our home more desirable. I would definitely recommend them for all your real estate needs”

“We used Lauren when we bought our place there in 2013. She was great. Put in a lot of effort to make it work. We used her again when we sold it this past November. She was even better this time. Told us what to do to get it ready. Priced it right as first looker bought it. Navigated the contract through some issues. Closing is today March 4. If you are buying or selling on the Outer Banks you cannot do better than Lauren. David and Joan Smith”

“Holly expertly guided my wife and I with our vacation home property. Her skills enabled my wife and I to go through much of this adventure remotely. Holly was at our side throughout the entire process from selecting candidate homes, to walkthroughs, reviewing comparable properties, rental details, up through closing! Overall an excellent Realtor!”

“Two words sum up Beach Realty service: world-class. From contract through check-out, the team is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. We experienced two issues at our cottage (bugs and pool water level) and they were taken care of posthaste with a smile. These people are the best! We have been vacationing on the Outer Banks for 50 years and have been renting through Beach Realty the past three -- we will not deal with any other company . . . This year we stayed at Beach Road Cottage in KDH. Five stars, as well. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. The property was steps to the beach and close to restaurants (walk to Goombays Grille & Raw Bar) and attractions. As noted above, a couple of issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. We will book again . . .”
