Just left there. 2 employees and a store manager standing around doing absolutely nothing. Tried to return a loaner tool to get a refund. Was told they just "opened". And they didn't have any cash for a refund so they couldn't do it. It is 9:47 am. What were yall doing?!?! WHAT TIME DID YOU OPEN?!?! Now I have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to the next advanced auto to get cash back. Seriously. This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT BE BACK EVER AGAIN

Poor Customer Service! Very Rude Associate...... used cuss words on the phone and overall just rude. Thankful that O'Reilly had the part we needed at a better price. O'Reilly had wonderful Customer Service... and it was greatly appreciated!

Very disappointed in this advance auto parts store!! They specifically say they install batteries if bought in their stores but today a disabled veteran comes in and they say they cannot change his battery because they didn't want to damage anything! So I told him to not to go back because they don't care about the customer as they state in their commercials

I went into the store on 3-29-2023 to pick up a set of spark plugs that I had to order. I tried to return the original sparkplugs that the employee Luis sold me the week before I did not have a receipt so he did not want to take them back I asked for a number to call about my issue and he gives me the wrong number multiple times with an attitude sitting there throwing a fit. I ask the other guy working with him and also gives me the wrong number with an attitude and tells me just to Google it. The number they gave me was 1-800 advance . The correct number was 1-866-advanvce. I don’t know how this guy is a “manager and doesn’t even know the binder to customer rvice when he has the bulletin board there. These two guys are unprofessional.

Best parts house in town! Employees are very curtious, happy, and generally glad to see you. I'm restoring an old truck and have dealt with all the parts houses in town. Advance is the best. I turn wrenches as a hobby and they work around what i need when i need it. I have got more to spend too finish this truck then start my daughters car. It will be spent here. Thanks to all of their efforts and kindness
