“I had a horrendous sound coming from my front driver's side tire. I was on I-95 heading back to the Raleigh area. I stopped and googled a tire shop on my route. Dunn Tire appeared. I headed to their shop, hoping they would be able to check my car. They graciously said they would check it out. I patiently waited for my turn. They had other appointments but were able to see my car. My lug nuts were very loose on my front tire and slightly loose on my other tires. That could have been very dangerous! They tightened them up and did not charge me one penny!! They were such nice people! If I lived in Dunn, I would visit them again!”

“I would highly recommed Wayne Lee's Towing. My son had a tire blow out on his ride from Tampa to CT. Not familiar with the area, I searched on Google Maps to find a towing company near his location. Luckily, I found Wayne Lee's Towing. They were very friendly, gave us recommendations for a tire dealer in the area and arrived on the highway within 15 minutes from our call. “I inquired with Sean about performing a vehicle inspection for a Vanagon Syncro I flew out from California to North Carolina for as a potential buyer.
Sean spent almost three hours walking through the health of the vehicle with me despite me showing up close to closing time.
His expertise was critical in my ultimate decision to not purchase the van and leave empty handed.
I left my sunglasses in a tired haze and he enthusiastically agreed to ship them back.
He also is helping inquire in his network for a van more suited to my needs and we agreed if something scratched the itch, we would do the buildout together.
He is a stand up guy who establishes a relationship with each customer and he only does top notch work with precise attention to detail.
As a vanagon enthusiast and previous syncro owner, I would put him in the same tier as my engine swap shop in Berkeley, Bus Lab.

“I originally came in just to get my truck inspected after moving to the county, and the service was excellent from the start. They took the time to clearly explain how inspections work here, which really helped since I’m new to the area.
As they finished up, I mentioned noticing a leak in my truck. They immediately checked it out, diagnosed the issue, and walked me through the options. The pricing they gave me was very reasonable, clear, and honestly made sense for the work that needed to be done — no hidden fees or confusing explanations.
When I explained that I couldn’t take care of it right away due to just buying a house with my wife and waiting on my next paycheck — and that I’m active-duty military — they didn’t pressure me or dismiss the situation. Instead, they genuinely understood and offered a solution that honestly surprised me.
They offered to fix the issue and set up a payment arrangement so I wouldn’t be stuck without a working truck. As someone in the military, I don’t look for handouts, and I’m usually the type to just tough it out and wait. But they understood the realities of my situation and treated me with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
I truly appreciate how they handled everything. The fair pricing, honesty, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. Because of that, I’ll definitely continue bringing my truck here for future service. Highly recommended.”

I do appreciate that because most would of never made it right. What work was performed was done in a timely manner, & vehicle was not damaged while there. “I went in for a 3 axle alignment on my 2025 Kenworth T-680. Because of a design flaw in the front bumper, it looked like the alignment couldn’t be done. After a few minutes of studying it, the tech figured out a way. The whole process took about 45 minutes.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would.”
