The staff working the front desk are polite but the staff working in the back doesn't come out to assist when there is a lot of people i think the staff working in the back should come out of the cave and help the staff working the front. I know they were back there i could hear them while waiting in line.

This place is ridiculous i show up at 6 to do a return commercial account the 3 guys back there said it's 6 were closed and the 2 guys at the front said they don't know how to do a commercial account return iv literally set here for 45 minutes trying to get this return ended still having to pay for the parts all over again

Went in yesterday. Battery had died in parking lot a few doors down from autozone. The staff member was very kind and helpful and went out of his way to check the battery and replaced it for me. Thanks for your help.
