I would not recommend getting delivery from this location. Their time frames for delivery are ALWAYS 4-7 at night, will not work with the customer in any way, and will get angry at you when you're like "I have plans for the evening, is there any way I can get this sooner?"Would rate 0 stars if possible.

Was told yesterday we couldn’t get a delivery time until 10 am the day of, finally my fiancé got the manager to tell us it would be from 3 to 7. It’s now 8 o’clock and no phone call and no furniture, to be honest that is b.s customer service she literally lost a half day of pay to sit and do nothing. Something better get taken care of or you guys can cancel almost 3 grand worth of furniture. The best part is they made us the last stop and you guys close at 7 so you can’t call anyone. As soon as 9am hits your guys phone will be ringing. It’s a shame too because the girl who sold us the furniture was a young 18 year old who was left to fend for herself on Black Friday and she only started a couple weeks ago, and for her not making any commission off us she busted her butt while we were there, we weren’t the only ones there and the other people who were there, were very rude to her but she killed it. From what happened tonight and what I seen Black Friday I hope you guys figure something out because I really wouldn’t mind canceling our order. Look forward to talking with you guys first thing in the morning.

Jessie is WONDERFUL. She is so friendly and helpful. The experience with Badcock was great. Great selection and great people. I must say the bedroom sets are quite impressive. Sturdy, and beautiful.

Nathan is the best in the Clinton NC store! So nice to be treated and treated like family! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely ask for Nathan you will be glad you did!

Bought reclining sofa and dresser. They pushed an extended warranty and I know why now, besides they profit from it. The dresser came broken. They ordered another and it came in broken. Then the next one was on back order. The sofa reclining mechanism was broken. They said they would send a technician. Two weeks later they said they needed to take it back to the store for the technician. Then I was told I had to wait for a part and it would be another 3 weeks. The manager referred me to his boss and he was an absolute a____hole. Still trying to get it all fixed. Horrible product and worse service.

Furniture is high priced and poor quality. Damaged whenever received and replacement was damaged. Push extended warranty and delivery is $200. Store manager passes you off to the owners of this store and they are rude, condescending bullies. Believe nothing they tell you.

Only doing this review as a heads up to new customers. Ordered a headboard and dresser over a month ago. I am still waiting for delivery for all items. Rescheduled twice because first try had wrong size item and broken furniture. Second attempt had broken furniture as well. The customer service team are very friendly but overall service has been very disappointing. Tempted to cancel my order if 3rd delivery attempt falls through.

Nathan had great customer service. He really paid attention to detail and answered any questions that we had for him . He also explained certain policies on furniture that has never been explained to me the 7 years I’ve been a dedicated customer to badcock and specifically the one in Dunn . It’s important to make sure the customers understand the protection policy that badcock offers on furniture. Thanks again Nathan !

I bought their “best” reclining leather couch and loveseat. Leather is already peeling and they tell me that the 3 year warranty I purchased won’t cover it and neither will the store. They want to paint a patch on it. I didn’t buy patched leather and I don’t want patched leather now.
