“This morning on the way to an appointment in Coats, NC, I decided to stop and get gas. Upon finishing up and trying to start my car, it was apparent I had a dead battery. With the help of 4 very kind people, I was able to get to Napa Auto Parts where I was able to purchase a new battery from Mickey, who within 5 minutes arrived at my vehicle and replaced the battery in under 10 minutes. He was kind, friendly and refreshingly humorous. What could have ruined my day, did not, because of the kind people in Coats, NC, and especially Mickey from Napa Auto Parts. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!”
