Very good experience. Staff were knowledgeable and gave me an estimate that was reasonable for the work. And most important, they got the job done a lot sooner than I expected which saved me a bundle on car rental!

I used to come here for all my personal vehicles and my company fleet truck, but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in for a flat repair on a tire on my wife's car that I had purchased from this location in January this year. The car was up on the lift for 45 mins with the tire off before they called me and said they couldn't repair it. I used to work in a tire center so I understand if the treads low or if the puncture is close to the sidewall it can't be done but this was dead center of tire with plenty of tread. I went in to look at the tire and they asked had I ever used fix a flat which I hadn't as this was the first time the tire had ever been low. The tech showed me the tire and it did not have fix a flat residue, it had more of an oily sheen almost like baby oil inside causing the plug/patch repair not to seal. I had never seen a oily residue lime this in a tire. They said maybe the last place that serviced it did something and I explained that the tire had not been touched since they installed it. Long story short I paid full price for a new tire and it seemed no one could offer any explanation. The service advisor was very kind as they always are at this location. As I was leaving I heard the staff speaking about issues that I felt may have been pertinent to my issue but still no one seemed to offer any type of solution other than " Hey Buy a new tire.

I absolutely love blacks. They are great and very sweet and know what they are doing. Both the one in Fayetteviile and Dunn are absolutely worth it. When my son got fussy I apologized and they told me it was completely okay and that they understood. Definitely going back to blacks

Needing State Inspection for 2 vehicles on a Saturday morning (end of the month) and they got us in and out in no time. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a wide range of services, not just tires. Definitely will be a return customer!

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation at the Dunn Black’s Tire & Auto Service and was very pressured to purchase tires from a man I haven’t seen at this location before at the checkout desk even though I had told the previous person (women) I was not in the market to purchase tires because I did not know I would need them today so I was not prepared. The man continued telling me that I needed tires because I have not been rotating my tires and there was no record of me changing oil or rotating my tires even though this is is only place other then purchasing the tires that I have taken all my vehicles to be worked on. (purchased the tires from the dealership) I had to tell the man to look up my name to show I have been there doing my car maintenance. This is where I have taken both of my vehicles since 2010 because I have always had wonderful customer service but sadly I don’t think I will not be coming back again because of the rudeness of the man at the desk. The other person (women) at the desk was helpful and did tell me she seen where I had brought my car in for maintenance and I could have just a bad set of tires that I might need to check to see if they are still under warranty. The women at the checkout desk had had wonderful customer service and was very helpful but the man could definitely work on his customer service skills by listening to the customer to help instead of trying to argue.

Everyone was so helpful and helped put me at ease when I had a blowout and needed new tires. The only thing I can say that might need work is the waiting room, it is bare and uncomfortable. I was getting 4 new tires and an alignment and had to sit on hard chairs for 4.5 hours. I still plan to use then because they are amazing.

I had new tires put on my truck today. I had the front end aligned, state inspection and wiper blades put on. It was done in a reasonable amount of time. The young lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable and polite. I will buy tires from here again.

Black’s took care of us when we had a tire issue during a long 7 hour trip. They stayed late to put new tires on our vehicle and got us back on the road. Appreciate the effort from Service Desk folks and techs.

Black’s Tire & Auto Service were helpful when we arrived to have vehicle inspected this morning. They said the wait time was an hour and a half. We asked if we could save our spot while we grabbed breakfast. The young lady at the counter was accommodating and let us do this. We arrived back earlier than expected. We only waited 20 minutes and inspection was completed! That’s great customer service! Will be back next year! ?

They were very helpful with checking my air pressure in my tires due to the fact that my tire sensors are not working. They told me how much it would cost to replace them. When I told them I could not afford it today they did not try to pressure me unto getting them today. They are very friendly and helpful. I will be going back at some point to get the sensors replaced.

It’s a place that I would highly recommend. The front area is very large and clean and comfortable. Customers are treated like customers should be treated. Thy go out of their way to make sure of what you want done. When finished with your vehicle, it is delivered to you at the front door. The best part, your car is fixed and ready to go.

Not sure if it was an off day, but my experience was less than ideal. I called for an inspection, alignment, and tire rotation and was told they could do all but the alignment, which is ok. When I showed up for my 8am appointment I was told there would be no inspections today due to a technician calling out and that I would need to wait at least an hour past my appointment time for a simple tire rotation. Had it not been for the young lady (who was great) working at the front, who assured I wouldn’t wait that long, I would’ve left. I cannot fault the business for employees calling out, but they appear to have no redundancy in capability unless it is the most basic of services. Overall, disappointed with the experience.

On 5/18/23 I dropped my car off at Black’s Tire & Auto Service in Dunn, NC due to a flashing check engine light and acceleration issues. After being without transportation for 86 days, not offered alternate transportation, given misinformation, and having to constantly follow-up with the team for updates after paying $2,103.29 for a service I remained patient. I am terribly disappointed with the lack of professionalism, customer service and general care that I experienced throughout the course of this entire ordeal. Despite the company’s slogan “Black’s Has Your Back” it felt like no one had my back after months of my ongoing car repairs going unprioritized. This experience demonstrated a lack of commitment to your customers and a lack of service beyond just getting a sale. I would like to speak to Corporate Leadership at their earliest convenience.

This is a wonderful establishment!! Everything was done in a very timely manner and when a problem was found, they immediately took care of it. Prices are better than anywhere else. I highly recommend them for your vehicles needs!!
