A bearing went on our trailer at 4am on our way home to Rhode Island from Florida. We happened to be rerouted through Dunn, NC due to road work on I95. What luck! I found Carquest online. We made it to their parking lot, and hung out there a few hours waiting for it to open. The manager arrived about a half hour before the store opened. He chatted with us, and said he'd let my husband in. All the employees are super nice! The store was impressive with all the different things they have for sale. My husband was impressed with the selection of fishing gear especially! We're so thankful to the kind folks at Carquest!

When i go there, I usually get what I need right then, or they can order it for me for later in the day or first thing in the morning. They have a very knowledgeable staff that are happy to help you out with that knowledge to get your vehicle back to working order

I would love to do more business with these people. They just don't have enough help. I was probably third or fourth if ya want to consider a waiting line. Hung out for about 20 min. Employees looked frustrated, phones ringing off the hook, and i didn't see not one person actually leave with anything. That also means they're good as well. I just couldn't wait any longer unfortunately.

If i could give 0, i would. My father spent THOUSANDS here until he passed. My mother went in to get documentation and close out his account. Phil YELLED at her and my aunt to get out, practically pushing them out and refused to close out the account. He has since transferred my fathers account to someone else doing business with him without permission and giving documents from the account to use in court.
