I had a horrendous sound coming from my front driver's side tire. I was on I-95 heading back to the Raleigh area. I stopped and googled a tire shop on my route. Dunn Tire appeared. I headed to their shop, hoping they would be able to check my car. They graciously said they would check it out. I patiently waited for my turn. They had other appointments but were able to see my car. My lug nuts were very loose on my front tire and slightly loose on my other tires. That could have been very dangerous! They tightened them up and did not charge me one penny!! They were such nice people! If I lived in Dunn, I would visit them again!

Very nice people! I came in to have my front tires balanced because the guy I got tires from didn't do it. They were very nice and accommodating!

After my truck broke down in the area one morning, it got towed to Dunn Tire and I am SO glad it did! They were so helpful and kind, not to mention clearly competent in their field. I have since returned for an oil change and intend to continue to do so in the future!

I recently purchased an older RHD Japanese car for my job. I went to several places to have my unusual smaller sized tires replaced. Dunn Tire was the only shop who immediately helped me find tires for my vehicle. Customer service and the timely ordering and installation of my tires was excellent. My hard to find tires were ordered and installed the very next day. I highly recommend Dunn Tire of Dunn NC.

What an amazing group of people!
We were on our way home to NY from Florida after Hurricane Idalia when our truck (towing a U-Haul trailer) began to make a terrible noise.
We limped it into the closest garage (Dunn Tires) and what a blessing it was.
We were so worried about the damage, length of time it would take to fix and of course the cost - but James Dudley and his team were compassionate, quick, and took care of us in such a manor I will never forget.

I had to replace a tire that had been damaged. I brought my own to Dunn Tire and had them mount and balance the tire.
They were fast, professional and friendly. So much better than the other big option in town. I will definitely go back.

Vehicle drives 10x better than b4👍Took my Yukon here for an Alignment, they were honest enough to inform me I needed work done before they could successfully do the alignment, and would not want to align it first cuz it would be a waste. After getting the parts, they got me back in there, installed my parts & did my alignment. They got me took care of & I appreciate the great work, for being honest & straight forward. Wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle back here in the future...Good group of guys...
