Very Slow service. Never informed us the wait time, and we didn't think to ask since this is generally not a long service, anywhere. Only needed an inspection and oil change. So after waiting an hour, the car still had NOT been taken into a bay. OPTED for only the inspection.

I've been to this Blacks Tire many times to have my tires serviced and oil changed. They are always accommodating and friendly. I have been very pleased over the past two years of visiting their location.

Called to get eight new tires for 2 trucks this morning. Whomever was manning the phones was very rude. Not a good way to do business. I called Costco instead. I don't need to pay $2000 for someone to be so nasty.
