A friend of mine wanted to go get dinner, I ask can we get subs. He says yes. So I took us here. Believe it or not, he's never been to JERSEY MIKE'S. & hes lived here more than 20 years. All he could say was, these subs are BIG!! Nothing like subway! THESE R REALLY GOOD!! I said Subway is Nothing Compared to JERSEY MIKE'S! He couldn't eat the Whole Giant, like that other place. Happy to say, U have a NEW FAN! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!See Ya Soon!! ?Wheelchair accessibility: They have 3 that I know of. And Thanks!

The subs are great but the service at the location in Dunn, NC is superb. The employees all seem really young but they all work, are so respectful and helpful. I would be proud if I were their parents and/or employer. And the place is super clean, which is a bonus. We keep going back.

I visited the location in Dunn on 4/21/23 and the staff was amazing !! We typically visit this location but the ambiance of this particular day although busy as usual; the staff held it together very professionally. This location remembers our youngest son and provides a personal loaf bread in his own bag for his manners. This makes him feel so special and today he received a special cookie. Thank you to the awesome staff on 4/21/23 whom all made my family feel special, important and noticed. This location (Dunn) has excellent customer appreciation and service on every visit. If you need a suggestion: we typically purchase the #7 in a wrap or bread and get it Mike's Way! My family also purchases the Philly Cheesesteak and #8. Enjoy your experience.

Walked away from this fine establishment with a reg sub, large Pepsi, bbq chips (not pictured- eaten) for under 10 bucks. No finer sub on the planet!!!

I'm glad to learn there's a Jersey Mike's near us without having to drive west toward the bigger cities. This location has friendly staff, and it was a clean environment. Everyone was active. No one was standing around. They were eager to assist. The toppings offered were fresh, well stocked, and organized. Our go-to is the Philly steak and cheese or the Big Kahuna with steak or chicken. The bread is always fresh.Their beverage offerings include Pepsi products from a fountain, as well as brewed iced tea and bottled drinks. The management team at this location knows how to run a successful business.
