I must say, this has been a wonderful transition of moving my things into storage and now clearing it out.
Ms. Phyliss is an AMAZING woman to work with and her personality is definitely Top Tier! She’s so loving and always friendly. That’s what I call Customer Service.. here’s five more stars

We found McStore and have been extremely pleased. The receptionist is very nice, and we didn't have any problems there. Price was very reasonable, and payment was easy. We only stored our stuff for 6 months, but everything was fine when we picked it up. Would highly recommend them.

Must be the heat when it comes to storage cause they are always full. 24 hour access with a coded key pad. Pretty much a square box to put you're things. Safe if you're lock is good.

Shop around first and $ave money. At least 20 bucks(compared to other size units in Dunn) call and voicemail box is always FULL... no one is never their except when the bill is due IF then.... The lady Phillis is NOT friendly and always has excuse about stupid nothings... SHOP around save money and get better customer service.. come on y'all it's JUST a storage unit... horrible business..
