Made an appt off their website but they weren’t even open at that time. Waited 30minutes + and was treated as a walk in. Got the wrong kind of fill in and then was charged extra for the cut down even though they were cut shorter than what I asked for. Painted the wrong color I asked for too. Will not be back.

I'm so satisfied with my experience with Emily! She is stationed at chair 6. She was so patient, kind and gentle. I truly enjoyed the small talk while she did my nails. I have been looking for a new nail tech. I thank God for allowing me to meet Emily!

Wayyy overpriced. $75 for a fill in ombré, but they’ll charge an extra $5 if you get them cut down. I will not be returning. Another woman was upset with pricing and lack of communication while I was there. No sign pricing and they are all over the place. I will not be returning.

My daughter and I went here a few months ago. I got a pedicure and she got gel polish. I specifically told them ONLY gel polish and no full manicure for my daughter. The girl asked her again once she got in the chair and my daughter told her only gel polish, no manicure. The lady proceeds to do a manicure. So, we walk out spending $120, which is ridiculous for a basic gel pedicure and gel manicure (which we asked them not to do). Their pricing isn't transparent and I felt taken advantage of. Also, her gel polish didn't even look good. I won't be back.

I’ve been to this salon twice. They do a wonderful job but I can’t understand their pricing. Each time they ask which service I would like. The first time I choose the $35 pedicure. It was $50. This time I choose the $50 pedicure and it was $66. I don’t question the quality of service but I do question their ability to communicate the exact cost. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve gone to NC Nails and have never had a bad experience. I’ve always gone in as a walk in and never have a very long wait. They do great pedicures and awesome manicures. I highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 5 years, and it’s truly the best in town! The staff is always warm, professional, and incredibly skilled. I regularly get my nails, pedicures, and eyebrows done here, and every service is consistently excellent.
Their pedicures are so relaxing and meticulously done—my feet always feel amazing afterward. My nails are always flawless, whether I’m getting a classic manicure or something more detailed with designs. And when it comes to my eyebrows, they shape them perfectly every single time. They really take their time to make sure everything is just right.
This salon is clean, welcoming, and dependable. It’s hard to find a place that checks all the boxes, but this one truly does. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch beauty services and a team that genuinely cares. 💅✨

I wish I could give no stars!! And, to curse in this review would be conflicting with the person I’m trying to be. I’m soooo disgusted with the service i just paid $135 dollars for! I’m here to tell anyone who “knows” nails, this is not it baby!! Wasn’t nothing right about the mani/pedi I just received in this place! I feel robbed! Then this lady expected to be tipped after rendering poor service. I picked out the more expensive services because I wanted to treat my self today, and I got crap. I wish I would have just stayed home and watched tv. Wasted my money and it ticks me off just thinking about it!! I would never ever ever ever recommend or return to NC Nails!!
