They are not bad, just the smell is very bad, working not slowly, but it depend if they have the product ready. If its ready u will be loaded in 1-2h, otherwise be prepared to waste the whole day there.

This place has 2 different cold storage at location parking is available or Love truck stop off exit 77 impossible to get lost. And people were friendly and I was in the door less than 45min.

One girl there had an attitude when I corrected her sort of speech hoverboards tone down but other than that I had a good day there not my first time never going there though
