“I will say the Fuquay store and the Dunn store are night and day difference. I went to the Fuquay store and had to almost cuss someone out because their lack of customer service. But I went to the Dunn store and was amazed by the customer service and inviting atmosphere. Earl was AMAZING! You could tell he was there by himself but his attitude did not show it. He was friendly and helpful. When I walked through the door he greeted me and asked how he could help me. I gave him the same info I gave the other store...that Im buying a shed and the builder needs their color code. He understood what I needed and it took less then 3 mins. He was kind and even cracked a joke. I will gladly drive out of the way for great customer service any time.”
