Always satisfied when I come here. I usually get crickets plus live mealworms for my Halloween leopard gecko , and some family surrendered a poor hamster I adopted it and named it cream puff, so now I’m spoiling my fur puff, I’m a loyal member of the insect and small pet benefits, can’t wait to enroll my Pomsky Dog Cooper Bentley in the benefits monthly. Luckily Shadow doesn’t need grooming.

The store manager is very passionate about this store & customer service. He will go above & beyond to make things right when brought to his attention. Any issue will be communicated thoroughly and discussed in depth. Love visiting this store & the high quality products they offer.

I called up to the store BEFORE heading there & asked if they had what I was looking for (I told them specifically what I needed) and they said yes so I headed up there and then said they didn’t have it. Worst petco to go to . would not recommend.

This will be the Last time I’ll ever be going back to this store one of their employees literally kicked me out because I was using the bathroom when it’s a public bathroom he was saying it’s for customers only even though I was gonna buy something there for my animal and I’m the customer I’m very disappointed there was no need for me to be kicked out for using the bathroom that are public for everyone and also the employee tried to accuse me that I made the other bathroom messy when i never even went in that other bathroom very unprofessional and very rude
