Been going there over 4 years . They keep switching up on staff and evidently they are not aware of what when and the time of things to be sold. Just wish washy with everything. I won't be spending my money there for me nor for anyone else anymore.

Bathroom smelled of urine, even after being told it was just mopped. The entire store floor was soaking wet, even mopping it shouldn’t be puddled with water.
Gas pumped fast.

Absolutely disgusting. Only one fifthly bathroom.Pulled pump five nozzle from pump and gas spilled all over the pump, my pants, shoes and car.No windshield wands and no paper towels to clean windshields. Only dirty water in the receptacles which should hold the wands and towels.The worst excuse I've seen for a Shell station I've seen in years.Why Shell would allow their label to be used on a facility like this defies comprehension.

I use this station all the time but I woke up to my bank account being $300 negative from $9 worth of gas I pumped the day before. Normally a hold drops off pretty quickly but this one hasn’t yet. Just a heads up.

I only am writing this review because of the negative reviews for the advertisements I saw. When I am filling up on a rainy day, sometimes you just get filled with existential dread. The tiny infomercials and commercials played by the pump help remind me that I have societal contribution by consumption. It keeps the the void at bay by reminding me that it’s not all that bad, for one the Hoover max vacuum is a great buy. I say yes to this amazing new technology that will help remind all of us to continue to consume and never feel sad.

This place does not learn. Read the reviews. RUDE STAFF. Been driving for 3 hours, pulled over in the shade, just to stretch, waiting on the rest of my party to arrive, before we continued to our destination. I was immediately approached, shouted at, told to move. No problem, I move to a pump, my car is not even in OFF I am being told I can't park here either. I got VA PLATES, im not from around here. We decided on the gas station ACROSS THE STREET. Much more pleasant staff.

Employees were EXTREMELY rude towards me and my mother. None of the GAS pumps work at the GAS STATION. When I asked the clerk what to do since the pump wasn’t working all he did was yell at me and said go outside. Then what I think was the manager came out. He was nice at first then when my mom lost her balance and bumped into the pump accidentally pressing a button on it he SCREAMED at her saying how it was her fault the pump was broken. Never going there again. The store was incredibly filthy and the bathroom has a broken toilet. You weren't supposed to put your toilet paper in the toilet and the flusher was snapped in half. Not only that the store itself had a disgusting floor and wasn’t cleaned well. I will never go here again since the employees were EXTREMELY RUDE and the store was super dirty.

I purchased $7.26 worth of snacks at this gas station during a road trip. I asked the attendant if they had any where I could get a small cup of tap water for a little one in my car who is under 12 months old. She said that I could use the sink in the bathroom, but don't use any of the other six because the drains don't work. I proceeded to take a small paper cup from the coffee station and the attendant said that, because I did not have my own cup, there be a dollar thirty-nine charge for the paper cup. I thought that was excessive and rude, especially since I just spent $7 on other items. I was likely obviously an out-of-state traveler so sure she's not worried about repeat business, but I was not overly pleased with my experience.

Okay place prices are high. And there’s no scanning your items to make sure they are the right price they just type it in. Also charge you extra if you don’t buy over 7dollars worth of items.
