“I was driving north along I 95 when I noticed my battery light came on and shortly after the engine temperature started skyrocketing/smoke coming from the engine. I pulled off the expressway immediately and just so happened to stop in front of this business. I didn't catch their names, but two employees helped me out tremendously. It turned out the idler pulley failed affecting the proper operation of the serpentine belt. The part wasn't available in Dunn, they had to drive to Benson to get it. After getting the part they quickly installed it, which corrected the problem and allowed me to get back on the road worry free. They also topped off my coolant. This was a Honda Civic which isn't what they really work on, but they knew what they were doing and did the job well. The price at the end was very reasonable. This place was a lifesaver, I would have lost my whole family vacation if it wasn't for them. Very appreciative of promptly helping me, driving the extra distance to get the part needed and 100% correcting the issue. I hope all who can utilize and support this business.”
