“Justin at Carworx went above and beyond to give me the best car buying experience I could have asked for. Since I wasn’t local, I wanted Ford to do a pre purchase inspection before committing, which I’d honestly recommend to anyone, even if you’re buying local. Justin drove the truck over to Ford himself, and once it passed, we worked out a fair price with an easy, no pressure negotiation. A few small things needed repair, and Justin covered them without hesitation. He also arranged transport so the truck got delivered straight to my door, which made the whole long distance purchase seamless. As for the negative reviews mentioning breakdowns after purchase, that’s just the nature of buying used, not a reflection on Justin. Get a pre purchase inspection and look into a third party extended warranty, so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting and are covered in case something happens. Overall this was a smooth, honest transaction from start to finish. I’d buy from Justin again without hesitation.”
