Stopped in yesterday and got great service. Went back today to actually upgrade the device and was treated like I was a problem. Very terrible customer service. Was beyond rude and felt like I was a problem. Won’t return and will probably just switch services.

Very nice lady, that helped me, unfortunately she was by herself so it took a while to get to me, but I understood, should have more then one person, especially on weekends.

We were helped by Jose at the Dunn, NC store. We were getting my 11 year old daughter her first phone, so it was a big day for her. He spoke directly to her and asked questions with the respect you would expect for an adult. She and I were both very happy with his approach and knowledge of how to help us. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, Jose is an asset to the company!

They really need to work on customer service skills here if the store isn’t equip to handle online pick ups and the barriers that come along with it please remove the store as a pick up we literally had been attempted to pick up a phone from 9:30am until 9pm and after the final attempt it turned in the pin we set up not working the reps didn’t attempt to resolve the issue by contacting customer support or anything they just had my son step aside and proceeded to help the rest of the customers until close I have never had a phone provider who was unable to contact customer service on a customers behalf to resolve a issue in the future I know not to use this specific Verizon as they seem to only be able to do the bare minimum

Jorge was very helpful in helping me pick a phone, and Leslie was extremely patient and helpful in setting it up for me and finishing everything else I had to do. And it certainly pays to have been a customer of Verizon for 18 years!

Someone stole my license and ran my credit and bought them 1124 phone. That was 2020 I've been going to Verizon, even calling the store, no one helped me. After 5 years I went to Verizon again I said let me get a free phone because mine was bad they said I was 1124 before I can get a new phone I paid 1124. No receipt was given because it was the collection agency I paid and now I'm out of 1100 and 24 hours and I have no receipt to prove I paid that was this Tuesday January 20th or something 2025
