This place just keeps getting worse… I can say without a doubt that I don’t use them by choice. I can keep complaining on here and through emails but like every other complaint, it always falls on deaf ears.

Visited the pharmacy this morning and stood in line for over 5 mins to with no one in front of me or behind me and got ignored by a employee walking around with no customers at the drive thru either

I don’t have many issues with the Pharmacy at this store. They fill my prescriptions in a timely matter and answer the phone more than some other Walgreen pharmacies will. Only reason I can’t give a 5 star is because at times you will sit in the drive thru up to 30 minutes. I mean make them pull back around and get in line if their prescription is quite ready. Have a designated associate to work drive thru and not bouncing back and forth running inside register and drive thru register, problem solved.

I have never in my life seen a drive through like this one. You can expect at least a 20 to 30 minute wait every time. They need a second Walgreens for this area for sure.

They put back all 5 of my medications without even bothering to call. Don't even get me started on how I've been treated here with medications related to me being transgender. Let's just say if you actually want your prescriptions filled, you'll want to go to another location, as there seems to be someone here who will do everything in their power to keep you from getting a prescription they don't agree with.

horrible to have to try to call, prescriptions not often on time, when trying to get prescript info on the phone even with the prescript number that WALGREENS provided they can't find the prescript... terrible in almost every way....

I had a REALLY like REALLY rough day and I came here to pick up a prescription and not to get into too many details and a long drawn out explanation. There were some complications with the prescription I was picking up and Londa helped me to make the already affordable price even cheaper for me. And Anna the pharmacist was so incredibly kind,patient, professional and just all around a wonderful person. Even though they were super busy she took the time to ACTUALLY and sincerely help me with my issue. She and Londa are absolutely phenomenal people and walgreens pharmacy is lucky to have them. Thank you to Anna and Londa you two help yo make my bad day and night a little bit better and it means more than you realize.

Location refuses to answer the phone.
Why even have a phone line if you're not gonna answer the phone and just repeatedly put me back on hold. May as well just get rid of your store phones.

Worst customer service ever! Takes 45 minutes for someone to answer phone to see when prescription will be ready just to show up and it’s not ready!! I was overcharged for Rx still waiting for refund after 2 months!!

Don’t waste your time doing online orders. Will get confirmation it’s done and when you arrive they say no one started it. This has happened 2x. Call 1800 # and very unprofessional people can tell they work from home and eating & don’t care. Will be going to CVS not far from this location instead.

I used to like this place, but now the new employees are just rude, dont know how to treat customers and just really lazy. Went to pick up some items and asked for help and no one was able to help me. Saw some of the employees on their phones management needs to step in.
