Pharmacy has gone down hill immensely. Last few months, wait time is at least 20 minutes just to pick up. They have told me for over a month that my med is out of stock but ordered. In actuality it was discontinued and replaced with generic. Benson was able to tell me that. I'm not sure why Dunn couldn't. Just went to pick another med up to wait 25 minutes and be told it was put back. Spoke to someone Thursday was told it was ready. Stated I'd be in the next day or 2 to show up Sat and no med. The girl stared at the screen for 10 minutes before asking me to come back. I will NOT be back.Do better Dunn. Train your staff better because they do not know what they are doing.

In the last year this pharmacy has went incredibly downhill. I’ve never waited in line less than 30 minutes just to pick up a prescription. For the last 3 months every single time I’ve had a problem. I was only given 1/4 of my prescription, my insurance’s claim systems will randomly “be down” even when they’re not, and above all else IT IS SLOW.Need a good place in Dunn to take a nap? The Walgreens drive through is an excellent spot because you’re not going to be moving anytime soon.I am done with this Walgreens

The only benefit of using this store are their hours. Wait line is always too long, rarely a friendly face, they'll delete meds from your profile if they don't have in stock, and don't even try calling..... that's a whole other significant problem

Please avoid this pharmacy at all cost!!! The techs are overworked and underpaid and it shows!! They people here are absolutely miserable and UGLY inside and out. They told me the meds weren’t ready and made up some excuse after getting them filled on the same days for years after I sat and waited and sent my script somewhere else and guess what! They were filled in less than 30 mins! The black chick with the fro is incompetent the older lady brunette is absolutely disgusting and slow. The male pharmacist clearly hate themselves And the rest of the techs are on a power trip of angry brokeness lol. They need to get higher paying jobs without the crazy hours if they are this upset at absolute strangers!! There’s some personal problems within these pathetic individuals to lie to a stranger ! Why y’all so mad?

Showed up roughly 5 minutes before drive thru closed the metal curtain was still up could see 3 people walking around and ignored me waiting for service.Thanks to people being inconsiderate I'm now sitting in the emergency room waiting to get medication for my daughter. At 3am

I learned early in life you never know who your customers are. Just when you thought it could not get any worse, than read this. As a military and federal government retiree there is a thrust hole of customer service you expect and will tolerate. Therefore, it is ALWAYS VITAL to read those one star ratings on any business. Since some are worse than others the system does not allow you to rate below a one star. The customer service I received at this Walgreens deserves a ***RUDE FIVE STAR***. I had just left Fort Liberty and arrived in Dunn, NC to pick-up a prescription for my grandson. The refill was a fax that Walmart had sent over DAY’S earlier (note days earlier). Everything was going well until I encounter their employee name “Kele Bell.” While waiting to get the prescription a customer was engaged with Bell in a conversation and she rendered FULL CUSTOMER SERVICE skills to. The first interaction was she wanted to charge for the prescription and had to be checked on it and it snowballed from there. Her inactions surfaced as the capable of employees that Walgreens hire that customer service skills and totally reflects the backing of poor management skills for the status quo. Due to her nasty pencil pushing attitude I asked to speak with her supervisor. The supervisor attitude and lacking of professionalism was worse than her subordinate. She became hostile and elevated here voice in the presences of customers stating she DID NOT have to give me her last name. She never asked any questions about the adverse issue but had already rendered her decision. It does not stop here! The district manager called and left a voice message stating “I will give you a call back tomorrow.” If you are employed with Walgreens tomorrow never comes-never received the call back. If you are employed with Walgreens- you can tell a customer “here you go” like Bell and nothing else. If you are employed with Walgreens-you can say like the supervisor “my employees ARE ALWAYS RIGHT and I don’t need to hear what you have to say. *** IT IS WORTH THE TIME TO READ YOUR RATINGS.**

Walgreens has last chance clearance items every now and then, so it's always nice going into a Walgreens. As far as customer service goes, the pharmacy technicians were not the best of the customer service at this store, but some of the people that were working there were actually somewhat nice. Like when I was looking for a reloadable prepaid card, the lady actually looked at every card in the back to see whether it was reloadable for me a few days ago. So I did appreciate that. There have been other times with different workers to wear. The customer service varies but a few days ago the person that was working there that helped me out with the cards was very nice

Be advised that if you call and ask for a prescription refill, even if they tell you that it’s in stock and will be ready in an hour it may not be. Employee response is apathy, and you may be sitting in the hot sun waiting for an indeterminate time. The employee just shrugs and says someone else must have picked up my call. Pathetic service.

Unfortunately I lost my father, this is my 2nd Father’s Day without him. I started having panic attacks and had to have emergency meds sent to Walgreens in Dunn NC. The way Tori spoke to me on the phone made my day brighter. She even came to the window to speak to me and told me everything was going to be okay. She restored my faith in humanity and made me feel like i wasn’t just another person. Tori is the reason I took a deep breath and relaxed. So thank you Tori. You don’t know the impact your words was on me today

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to in the state of NC. I could of drove to Texas and got my prescription there before I received it here. I waited in line for over an hour, at 6pm to be told at 7:24 pm that my prescription, which was sent in at 2:00ish would take an additional 30 minutes. Once I left the line, I sent my order to Smithfield Walgreens and it was ready by the time I pulled into my driveway. This pharmacy is ALWAYS slow and backed up. This is ridiculous…. Especially to wait this long and then not get the meds that I need.

If they actually have your medication in And they usually don't. Be prepared to wait in line and then be told to come back in 30 minutes and then wait in line again only to be told to come back again. There has to be a better place in Dunn.

Also whoever FINALLY answered the phone had the AUDACITY to ask what my medicine was for. UNPROFESSIONAL!This was after a week of trying to reach them continuously.
